Faspin Technologies Pvt Ltd is the worst digital marketing company in Mohali. They treat employees like laborers. There is no monthly leave, yearly leave. 10 hrs hard shift with only 2 hours short leave in a month. The environment here is so disturbing here.
I have asked them about my PF details and about my pending salary. They just gave me excuses. Next day they have generated misbehaving warning letter against me and forcefully asked me to sign on them and when I refuse to sign there. They terminated me through false allegations (misbehave). And when I took stand against them the coordinator and HR both have abused me harras me and threatened me.
