I recently shipped off a valuable item to them as a buyout through the courier fedex. The item took a little longer than usual to be processed and when I tracked the item after a week it showed that it was signed for in Beverly Hills California— which is a good distance from the destined location of Carlsbad CA. Then I waited a few days to see if they would contact me to confirm arrival… nothing. So I reached out to them and after a few days they get back to me telling me that they have filed a case, not giving me any details or telling me that my bag was missing, just that there was a case opened.
I asked what was going on and why is there a case opened and why it was in Beverly Hills? I took them another couple days to get back to me. To which they said that Fedex just mislabeled it on their tracking and it was signed for in Carlsbad but, it wasn’t in the box so they are launching an investigation to which I said “okay let me know if I can be of help” as well as telling them that I had my fiancé take a video of me packaging it and labeling it and taping it up.
Nearly 5 days go by then they finally respond saying that the item weight was off and that they believe it was my fault and that it never was put in the box!!! The courier never weighed my package, at least not in front of me, there was weirdness with the course of the shipping where it listed as being signed for in Beverly Hills which FASHIONPHILE denies and yet they find I was to blame.
I purchased a bag from them a while back. They sent me an email stating they will buy the bag back for 75% of what I paid them for it. This is their buyback program. I accepted their offer and sent the bag back to them via UPS. They received the bag on August 12, 2021. I have yet to receive my payment. Their normal processing time is 2-4 days.
Since I have sent them the bag they keep changing their processing times on the website and they are not answering calls or emails. I filed a complaint with the BBB, and they responded that they would process my payment soon but still have not. I just want someone to help me get my money. At this point I feel that this is theft. Thanks
They stoled from me they took my stuff and never paid me . I lost $750 from them taking my stuff jessica s her name !!! do not shop or sell anything from them .. do not beileive youtubers that give them good reviews they are paid and get treated great beceause they are advertising do not beieive them this company is friaud and will steal from you !!!!!!!!! please lets stop them together
Do not sell to them they are not careful with your information I lost my stuff and money from them . DO NOT believe YouTube influencers they are sponsored to say good things about them ofcourse they will say good things.
FASHIONPHILE makes sure they are taken care of because that’s their form of advertising but if you talk to people not sponsored you will see real results that are not good ! If they take your money please know you can report them and talk to a lawyer do not let them take your money !!!!
I bought 3 chanel handbags on their website, because it offers international shipping, of course. the bags cost $ 4,440. they are for christmas present. after that, they sent me a message saying that they would not send, just for myus, what I do not intend to use for references and price. remembering that I paid the international freights. the purchase was made on December 11th. since then, they no longer respond to any email from me, they do not give position on my submissions. now I do not have time to co-pay for Christmas. I feel greatly impaired. total lack of professionalism. not responding to emails is too much. Who will pay my material and moral damage, since I can not give a gift to who I wanted ????
