DO NOT order from Fashion Nova. I ordered $124 of clothes and they never arrived. Fashion Nova refused to refund me or resend the items. Their customer service is a complete joke. After a few weeks of emails where they refused to help me, they now just ignore my emails and dont respond anymore. So I am $124 down and have nothing to show for it. The worst bunch of scammers I've ever dealt with. They also delete any negative reviews that you leave on their website. I am now left with no alternative but to file a complaint with the BBB and FTC, aswell as claiming a charge back from my credit card company. And if that fails they will be hearing from my lawyer. ***DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS***

Them and on trac are scammers

They never delivered my clothes they were $176.17 they won't call me fashionova or on trac shipping company!!! They may be working together to scam the public who makes a mistake shipping with them. It completely makes me not trust online shopping mail and the shipping process period and I work for the post office, which is a damn Shane. I place two orders with this company and paid to have them rushed shipped. Only one order was rushed shipped and the other order was expressed shipped. The orders did reach me in time for the event in which I needed them so I sent them back because Fashion Nova said they had a refund policy only to find out that there is really no refund policy but a credit policy only to be issued on a Fashion Nova E-gift card which can only be used at Fashion Nova.

The first order was paid for via Afterpay and the second order via my debit card. I returned the first order only to receive a E-gift card credit of $54.41 but I paid $87.11 for the first order the credit was not what I paid for the order and even though I sent the order back I am still having to pay Afterpay for the whole total cost of the order $87.11 even though I sent the order back.

This is fraud if you offer a refund policy then the customer should be refunded what they paid for the order. And if you paid for the order by any other means except credit card or debit card then that order should be cancelled for payment especially if you sent the order back and was charged to sent it back paid $7.99 to send the order back to Fashion Nova.

You should not have to still pay for the merchandise if it was returned. This company offers a bogus refund policy they get your money then refuse to return it and you still have to pay for the merchandise even though you returned it then they don't give you back the amount you paid for the merchandise. This company is a ripoff.

I would not order anything from them the only person that wins is Fashion Nova. You have to pay to send the order back, they don't give you what you paid for the merchandise then if you paid for it by any other means you still have to pay for the whole order even though you sent it back. This is not a refund policy this is highway robbery.

I received an email from Eilen Yu who represented herself as a recruiter for Fashion Nova. The email said that my resume was found on Indeed.com and that I was short listed for an interview. I was to contact the VP of Human Resources, Carla M. Macias, by sending an email to her at: [email protected] I was interested in the position for a graphic designer and contacted Carla Macias at this email. I was told to connect with her via Google Hangouts to have a virtual interview. She explained that their company was embracing new technology and that it was easier for her to share the interview with the board of directors.

I thought this looked valid especially because the position they were interviewing me for actually does exist on the company's website, fashionnova.com. Also, there is a Carla M. Macias on LinkedIn who's profile shows that she does indeed work at Fashion Nova as VP of Human Resources. During the chat Carla shared an image of her work ID that looked legitimate. I answered questions like an actual interview and at the end I was told to wait while she shared my information with the board of directors. I was then offered a position that was for a fairly good salary with training. I asked for time to think about it and later did accept the position.

I was emailed two PDF files for employment: 1) Acceptance Letter; and 2) ID form to show that I was allowed to work in the US which required that I send back an image of my birth certificate and drivers license as proof. I did this thinking still that it was legitimate. Once I did this I was told that the accountant was going to email me a check for $3550.00 so that I could purchase a computer, camera, software, and phone for the position. I was to print this check out and deposit it in my bank account. This is when I knew that this was a scam because I know you can't just email a check and print it out. I requested to speak to the accountant by phone which resulted in Carla Macias' text becoming rude and demanding. I then new for certain that I had already given these people my social security number, drivers license, and my birth certificate. Luckily they do not have my bank account numbers.

I have already notified the credit bureaus and my banks to place fraud alerts on my accounts. When I looked back at the chat text I had been having with Carla, all was deleted before I could take a screen shot. I only have the two email addresses. Please take an action this kind of scam company!

I thought the package lost and they didn't care, no investigation and no refund. Customer service has been ignored me, they don't have phone number. I figured out they didn't even send me the package and stole my money.

Here is what happened:

I made a purchase on December 2nd 2019. Order #44223456. Tracking # D10011745911223 Ontrac. Total amount is $158.70. And I have been waiting for the package but it took so long to deliver. Finally it said delivered December 18th 2019 at 5:49pm and right after I saw the email I checked my front door at 6pm ish and there is no package. I waited a little bit since sometimes they deliver late but no package was coming. I have been emailing to Fashionnova 12/18-12/23 (I have been ignored/no reply)and finally they said I should fill out the claim form and I sent them back on 12/26. No reply until 1/7 and they said it takes 10 business days for the claim to be completed. And I got an email 1/13 Fashionnova stated that they cannot help since the package is already delivered. They didn't even investigate, They didn't try to help the customer, they took so much time to reply and there is nothing I can get except they stole my money, time and trust...They didn't because they didn't even send me a package and only think about their profit. This is the worst online company I have ever had. If they really send me a package and delivery issues are not their fault they should take care of customers, they also do have responsibilities to investigate or refund or anything to compensate to the customers. And they did NONE of these support! It's unacceptable that we(customers) are the only party who suffer and lots money. We have the right and I'm being very truthful the fact that the package was really not here. I'm very disappointed and unhappy with these experiences and I saw there are a lot of clams like this for this company. I will never forgive that kind of company and really hope someone help to find the company is scam. They don't even have phone number on the website.

After a recent experience, I believe an investigation needs to be held on their unfair and deception business practices and policies. Recently, while trying to request and obtain and full refund for my returned items. I have been told, that their return/refund policy is, "Once return is processed the consumer is issued an E-Gift Card for the total amount of the items returned less any discounts.

Fashion Nova does not issue refunds.” The only options are that you can exchange or get a E-Gift card. They say you agree to these terms and you must agree to the terms before an order is placed. If there was such an agreement why cant or havent they provided me with my signed or provided acknowledgment?

My purchase was of a significant dollar amount, the items were in poor quality and their sizing is all over the place. I returned the items knowing its just not the place for me to shop anymore. But they will not refund my original form of payment. Only offering me a gift of equal value.

I pressed the issue with them numerous times and they said that I acknowledged this return policy when I placed my order with them. I can say positively nowhere did I check an acknowledgment button or agree to these terms with a signature. I have gone further and reported them to the BBB and to filed a consumer complain the Attorney General’s office.

Something has to be done, they have done this to consumers thousands of times at least. They have a majority of their complaints with the BBB still unresolved. There needs to be recourse for treating and misleading consumers like this. They are deceitful and should be help accountable.

They have false legal standing for their terms and policies and trap customer’s by saying they agreed to them. I need to see where my signature is or where I have acknowledged any binding contract on both parties.

DO NOT SHOP HERE

I am a first time shopper here. BIG MISTAKE. I ordered some things on August the 6th and then Thursday August the 8th I got an email that my package would arrive the next day. So here I am Friday the 9th waiting for my package all day, and I did not receive it. I tried contacting them and they stopped responding after one email. They have terrible customer service. I will never ever shop here again. Worst experience with online shopping ever. This is just a whole bunch of scam, to take our money. It is such a pain knowing you ordered some things that you were so excited about, and saying I deserve this so I’m going to buy myself this. And then YOUR PACKAGE NEVER SHOWS UP.

You will find in the video that we placed an order with their coupon buy 1 get 1 free, so my wife got 6 items, but they only shipped 5 and said 6th one couldn't be shipped but we would get a credit for it, so as you will see in the video they didn't give us a credit and lied about it plus it is in stock and when I spoke to them on the phone they refused to credit the proper amount.

The purpose of me processing a return through Fashion Nova's online portal was to alleviate any issues with my return. I was quickly let down as someone who has patronized this company despite it's often sub par quality & up-charge on return shipping pricing. My return was sent with all packaging & return slip included via an actual UPS store location in my area on May 21, 2019.

The UPS tracking reflects the shipment was received the very next day with a name in the reciever portion. The return process is supposed to be 7-10 business days, I've contacted & sent them the UPS proof of receipt (since it was somehow unattainable on their end) as well as the return RMA #, original order #, proof of what was shipped was sent as well.

I have lost over $70 with this company & recieved no accountability on the company's part.

I was a first time customer at Fashion Nova. I placed several orders with them (worth over $250) in a couple of days time (preparing for an upcoming vacation). The first order was delivered and I did not like most of my purchase. The clothes were made cheaply and not the quality I prefer to wear. I saved all original packaging, receipts, packing slip, forms and returned the next day. As I was going to return I noticed all of the online complaints about their return policy and refusal to issue a refund - only store credit. I have about $70 in clothes I am returning. I do not WANT TO ORDER ANY MORE FROM THIS STORE. I sent a message asking for a refund to my card and have been told that is not their policy. I gave them their merchandise back in a timely fashion, unworn and with tags. I want my money back. In reading about their return policy, it seems you have to order through PayPal to get around this "policy." Consumers are doing that so that their money is protected.

My order #15919090 was never delivered or it was stolen and I’m requesting a reshipment of my order or a refund. Otherwise, I can report FashionNova to the FTC for fraud and they can take care of it for me. The order was placed on 5/22/18 and I was expecting the almost $200 ordered to be delivered on 5/29/18, according to their online tracking system thru Ontrac. I also received an email on the expected delivery date, stating they had delivered my package. Only that wasn’t true. I was home lounging in the living room and hadn’t heard a single knock at the door and no one rang the doorbell. So if the package was delivered, it was stolen off my porch. I have a feeling it was never delivered. I contacted Ontrac, terrible customer service. Even though they physically handled my package they told me it has nothing to do with them and I needed to contact FashionNova.

Getting in touch with FashionNova was an even bigger pain. No one answered the phone. So I emailed them and finally got a response from Alvaro. He sent me a claim form and instructed me to complete the form and he would forward to Ontrac and in 30 days they would solve it. After a few emails, Alvaro stopped responding. What they are doing is illegal. And something must be done about it. Either make improvements or shut the company down.

Instead of giving me my money back they're trying to keep it and give me store credit. I've explained over and over how I want my money back because they never sent the item, but nope they're trying to keep my money.

Fashion Nova is a scam

I placed an order on feb 22,2018 $107 and free 2 day shipping. Now it’s march 5,2018 and I never received my items. I’ve sent multiple emails to them and all they say is here is your tracking number with On Trac which shows pending still by the way! I called On Trac gave them my tracking number and they said all they see is a shipping label was printed they never received my clothes! On fashion Novas website I log into my account and my order still shows pending! I called the 800 number and spoke to a woman after being on hold 40 min and she said they can’t do anything until the order has been pending for a longer amount of time. I will never order from this company again! Calling my bank in the morning to make a report to try to get my money back....

The customer service goes straight to voicemail even during "business hours". Also, after sending an email there is only an auto response.

I will not be taken advantage of like these other people. I feel so sorry for them. I ordered 3 sweaters and only received one. I have attached photos, receipts, and everything that came in the mail. I want a refund immediately for every penny that belongs to me. I did not receive two sweaters and i want a refund for those two sweaters. They were $24.

49 a piece after using my "ship30" discount code at checkout and i want the $48.98 plus any taxes i paid refunded today. I know you can issue my refund immediately and i want it done. I understand it's holiday season and you all should to. I don't have money to give away. Do not even attempt to send me a "gift card" because i can and will take this issue past the bbb if i have to.

I want my money back. Period. You all shouldn't even make people pay for 2-day shipping ! This stuff never gets to it's destination in 2 days ! Consumer's desired resolution: i want an immediate refund. Being that you all have celebrities advertising for you, this service and customer service should be amazing. That is not the case. Stop charging pe0ple for your mistakes by giving away these "gift cards", especially if you owe someone over $20 !!!!

This company twice sent me ONLY a store credit instead of cash refund. I placed order and after taking a week before shipping out, instead I received an email item shipped, but that was only for the item they had instock. EXTREMELY unfair to place order and because they sell out, and ONLY issue a store credit. And then can't get anyone on the phone. This has happened twice now, so be extremely careful ordering, you may place order and they keep your money and ONLY issue a store credit.

And then next, they tell me to ship one of the wrong orders back and they will issue a cash refund for shipping back, and after doing so, they all of a sudden they stopped emailing back. No company should not only contact you back via email.

This company is awful, truly RIPOFFS.

Fashion Nova's customer service is completely non-existing. The toll free number that they have on their website is an automated recording that re-directs you to their websites FAQ's or to contact them by e-mail. If you e-mail you might not get a response. They have items on their site that are out of stock but still available for order then they give you a store credit. They offer shipping that is overnight but never send it on time and then give you a store credit as a refund. Items are stated as shipped but your package arrives with several items missing. The customer means nothing to these people, it is all a fraud!

They sent me half of my order with a tracking number I was confused why my order wasnt complete yet i had already paid the full amount with paypal and they had deducted from my account. I thought maybe they had packaged my order separetly since.But not! I later received a gift voucher with no explanation I figured maybe the items were sold out but on going to the website,i found out the items were still in stock and not sold out. So then i sent them an email with no reply. Im now stuck with a gift voucher that if i intend to buy the same items that were missing, I will have to add more amount and may another charge for shipping Total scam! Why not send my full order yet the items are still on stock? Then send me a gift voucher with less amount That if i order the same items they will be charge me more plus shipping fee. They are playing around with customers I have been buying from them for 4 years now But they have turned into a total scam Im so dissatisfied

I purchase pretty regularly from Fashion Nova. Over 2 weeks ago, I placed an order. Money was taken from my account immediately. I never received my order as it was never fulfilled or shipped. I emailed and called several times but was unable to get any information regarding the order. Then I was sent an email with a code for the price of the product with no explanation. I tried to reach out because if it was canceled hen they need to refund the shipping as well of $6.00 and that should not be a gift card but refunded back to my credit card. I emailed them again and tried to call but I never received a response. THey took my money, never sent the purchase and wont respond. They owe me the shipping of $6.00. You can't just take people's money no matter how small the amount is, keep it and tell them to screw off. I am so angry that a company can do this.

Shop with caution!! ive sent over 4 emails with no response, called and left voicemails with never getting a response, my bank actually even called and they transferred her to some shop in the mall in florida? She wasn't happy. I even tried getting ahold of them on instagram and they blocked and deleted my comments just simply asking about my order. I had to dispute them with my bank because i placed an order on jan. 15 to get this jumpsuit that would be perfect for my birthday in a few months and got a bra along with it because i needed one with the type of jumpsuit it was. Anyways, they took the money out that same day and then a few days pass and still no tracking info even though they claim 2 day shipping...So i try emailing them asking if there was a problem or what is going on? I never hear anything back, but later that day on jan. 18 they send out shipping and tracking info.

I was just happy to finally have the chance to track it and its on its way! they said it was scheduled to be delivered jan. 21. Jan. 20 came around Friday) and at 9pm they email me saying "oops out of stock here is a $21 refund on this gift card, just use code during checkout" and let me remind you...The jumpsuit i purchased was 29.99 alone...Plus i paid for the 12.99 bra and the $6.00...But they only want to give me $21.00? I thought it was weird hey sent me tracking and shipping info that stated that the jumpsuit was in it? So i went to check on their website and the jumpsuit was still in stock in every size...So i was thinking maybe it was a glitch and somehow they messed up. So stupid me, i order again trying to get that dang jumpsuit and used the gift card they "refunded" me with and also paid extra and $6 shipping just in order to try to get the jumpsuit again that they said was out of stock...So i order it and some boots to go along with it because i figured mine as well order something else too since i'm ordering and they have their $6 shipping fee and also this "string me along" bodysuit i saw last minute that i fell in love with. I placed that order and was excited!!! again the day before my shipment was supposed to be here they sent an email not even saying it the jumpsuit was out of stock but just refunding my money on a gift card without any reason given...And again it was only $23.00 when the jumpsuit is $29.99 plus $6 for shipping!! i was furious at this point because they don't allow "cash back" only refunds on gift cards so you are forced to purchase through them again, and thats how they get you and then you have to pay extra $6 for shopping costs. When my package did finally come...The two out of three items were there Because they just wanted to refund me for the bodysuit) and those two items were the wrong size!!!!! it even stated on the receipt Which i have pics of and wish i could post) that the size in the bodysuit was xs and size 5.5 in the boots...And guess what their policy is on bodysuits?!? No returns or exchanges no exceptions. So. I ordered an extra small and received an extra large, there is literally no way i could fit that and now am stuck with a $22.99 bodysuit that i can't wear, return, or exchange because they messed up on their part, even though it clearly states xs, they just failed to read the receipt correctly. And want to know another funny thing? On the tag of the body suit it clearly states $12.97, but i was charged $22.99? I don't know what they are doing, but when i noticed that my jaw dropped. They literally sold me a bodysuit originally priced $12.97 in the wrong size for $22.99!!! like how can they do that?! and for my boots? They are a 6.5!! which they kind of work, but are not fitting enough to where i would be comfortable wearing them out. Then the fabric on the heel of one of the boots has glued seemed and & it's coming apart? I paid $52 for poorly made boots...And i am so worried the heel will break in half if i actually wear them for an extended period of time...I just am so so upset and dissapointed with fashion nova and my first time trying to purchase from them. All i wanted was to look cute for my birthday, but fashion nova failed to deliever my items. After trying to email and call them, like i said earlier i finally tried contacting them on instagram and asking them on there what was going on, and they just kept deleting any of my comments asking about my purchase and then blocked me. So i tried on my old account to ask again why they did that and same thing. Very unprofessional on their part, and i believe if you are going to try go operate a business dealing with other peoples hard earned cash, then you need to listen to your customers and try and want to help them, not delete their comments and block them when they simply want to know about their order because no one will email or answer the phone. I just am so disappointed!! you may get your stuff, you may not...And if you do it may not even be the right size and you may not be able to return it. So the risk is yours. I just know i will neverrrrrrrrr order or spend my heard earned money on fashion nova ever again because they can't simply run their company properly for their customers. I ordered roughly $300 worth of items from fashion nova In November of 2016 . I returned more than half of the items because they did not fit. I did read the terms and conditions, which informed that they will only issue store credit & store credit will be issued back within 5-7 business days. That is fine . I returned the items back the end of November. I received a small from fashion nova stating that one of the items did not belong to them ( I took a picture of the item from their Website and send it back in the email). I haven't heard back de them since that day. I've emailed And emailed and they are refusing to issue the store credit or refund . They are unprofessional and I would not recommend anyone speanding their hard earned money with this boutique. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!
