We ordered items from this vendor in early December from their web site. After putting in the order, we learned by surprise that the item won't be available until January. They never sent us any confirmation E-mail. We never got the order number nor any information about the status of the order. After 30 days have passed, the company has never contacted us to ask whether we still want the items (FTC 30-day rule). However, they were very quick in charging the credit card.
Some time mid-January, we contacted them to inquire about the order. They said that items will ship at the end of January. We requested that the order be canceled, but the vendor refused. In the meantime they shipped the items and they arrived to us. We contacted them for return. They asked us to fill out the form and expected us to pay the cost of shiping the items back to the warehouse.
We took the unopened package back to the post office, marked as "REFUSED" and disputed the credit card transaction.
This is one of the most sleazy companies we have ever dealt with. The customer service is horrid, which instead of taking care of customers argues back. AVOID AT ALL COST, NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!
