I placed an order with Fanatics 21-7556-3750. They sent item Oklahoma Sooners Gameday Couture Women's All About Stripes Tri-Blend Long Sleeve T-Shirt & Shorts Set - Heathered Charcoal. Upon araival it was not as described. I contacted customer service and was instructed to return and I would get a credit back to my card. Instead they attempted to issue an e gift card that was invalid. Since the first of February I have been trying to get this fixed. The company states that the store credit card cannot get the credit as they made an error on the ecard. I have an email from Fanatics that states I was to create a chargeback dispute as "refund not received" with Synchrony Bank Fancash card. Instead of assisting me with their error they are telling me it is the card and the card states it is the company. I want the refund of $47.01 as promised.
I purchased an item from fanatics.com on October 11, 2020 and received it a few days later. The item was a gift, and I learned on October 30, 2020 that the size was way too small and I needed to return it. I checked the fanatics.com website to see how long I had to initiate a return and saw that their "365 day return policy" is featured very prominently all over the site (including on the page for the item I bought). There were no mentions of restrictions or exclusions to this policy.
Due to COVID restrictions I was not able to get the item back from the person I gifted it to until November 20, 2020. I then initiated the return process only to find out that the item I purchased needed to be returned within 30 days because it is a "manufacturer direct" item. Nowhere on their site could I find where it said that this type of item had a shorter return period. If I had known, I would have started the return process sooner. The return rules indicate that once a return is initiated I would have 30 days to ship the item. I am still within this window and am prepared to ship the item, but because the return was not started within 30 days I am not allowed to. Customer service was unwilling to amend their policy or make any concessions beyond issuing me a 30% off coupon.
The item is still for sale on their site, at the same price that I purchased it for. So I am not trying to return an item that is no longer for sale. I was deceived by their return policy not clearly stating that there are exceptions for certain items.
I had purchased a sweatshirt from their site on 8/15/19. I did not get an email confirmation, but the product came. It was too big for my husband, so we decided to return. I started the online return, and it came back and said that I couldn't return it because it was either final sale or customized or field wear.
I tried calling them, but he hold time is ridiculous - I was on hold for 25 minutes and gave up then on hold for 10 minutes then gave up. How am I supposed to know why it was rejected if no one speaks to me? They have a lousy customer service process there.
SUMMARY:
1. Purchased shoes
2. Received wrong model
3. Complained but no solution was offered
4. Tried shoes for 2 days and they began to break apart (sole fell off)
5. Complaint again without getting any helpful solution from seller
On the date of 2018-09-12 I bought a pair of shoes that were not available in the physical stores anymore in my country.
I paid through Credit Card and I received a confirmation through the website and my email with the correct product information.
On 2018-09-16 i received the tracking number and got the shoes sometime after.
When I got the package I opened it to find that the MODEL OF SHOES DID NOT CORRESPOND TO THE PURCHASED ONES.
I contacted the store through the email I received and they answered me with predesigned responses that did not help at all.
I decided to give the new shoes a try and on the second day I used them the SHOE SOLE BEGAN TO FALL.
I contacted the seller again but the response was as before, predesigned response that didnt help.
Please dont buy from this store, you will be scammed.
The website offers next day delivery by noon" on the checkout page for $30. This implies that if you pay the extra fee you will receive your merchandise the next day. The truth is that the express shipping only applies after the order is filled so you will not be seeing your order the next day and if a weekend or holiday falls in the delivery time frame you can add those days to it too. Don't pay the $30 unless you are okay getting your order 2 - 5 days later.
These individuals popped up on my computer for offering deals on football jerseys I thought it was legit because it looked like football shop and thought it was a deal for Black Friday but nope found charges on my account and now working on getting that money back so I can buy Christmas presents otherwise I'm going to have some sad children for Christmas.
Footballfanaticoutlet.com took my money for a Dak Prescott Jersey under the false pretext that they were an nflshop.com site and charged my card more than the listed price.
We pruchased a Custom NFL Jersey for my Daughter with custom name on the back, using the size chart supplied on the website http://shop.detroitlions.com/ - the $126 Jersey arrived at least 2 sizes too small (Literally a Women's Medium that an elementary school girl couldn't wear as it is WAY too small. I contacted the company and they will not in any cirmcumstances replace the Jersey or credit the $126 of my teenage daughter's money. Of course "custom orders cannot be returned".
The best they could offer is a "ticket" that will advise the warehouse that there is an issue with the size chart - please allow 48-72 hours for someone to contact you by email... I will certainly not hold my breath, as I fully expect NO response whatsoever... I will "live and learn" as they say.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE UNLESS YOU ORDER A FULL 3 SIZES LARGER - Which they do not tell you when you order, and also DO NOT BUY ANYTHING CUSTOM...THEY DO NOT CARE THAT THEY MADE A MISTAKE.
