It is March 2018 and nothing. The worst thing to me is i kept checking my credit card statement and never saw the charges appear so I forgot about it but I just went back through the past several months of statemens and there was that charge that at first I couldn't for the life of me figure out what it was for. I only ordered 2 and my card was charged 58.00 US. So live and learn, never again will i order anything from an AD on Facebook.
In August of 2017 I made a purchase of a BOGO rear view mirror LCD display camera system. I was charges $139.80 and never received my product. I reached out yo them a month later and they said they were working on it. Now nearly 6 months later no update. An aouto response email was sent to me. When I checked to see if their website was still up it said it was down for maintenance or not available.
August 7, 2017, I purchased 2 indoor light bulbs with cameras in them. After 2 weeks I saw their ad again on the internet and made a comment on their post. Someone from their company replied and gave me a link to go to, which, I did and was promised a full refund. I have yet to receive my refund, and have no way to contact this company. It seems they have disappeared.

They said the items were on back order. After 60 days I contacted them again and they said the items were still on back order. After nearly 90 days, I went to their Shopify website again to check the status of my order and inquire again, but found their website had been taken down. I sent an email asking for a refund and also disputed the transaction with my credit card company.

I ordered a pair of adjustable eye glasses that were advertised as buy-one get-one for free and paid $79.80 including shipping. The glasses were made of cheap plastice and i could not adjust them to read clearly as they promised. After contacting the company thorugh their customer service email, I was instructed to send the product back in the original package with a return authorization number I was given. I sent the product back using a tracking number through USPS. After receivong notice that the package was delivered, i emailed customer service to advise of the return. Andrea in customer service emailed me back that she had requested my refund and I should receive it in 7 days.
I have contacted the company by email (no phone number is available anywhere) at least 4 times since then. Now three months have passed and still no refund. This comany has stopped responding to my emails, except an auto response that my email is received.

I was told on three separate occassions that I could expect my order in 5-10 business days. They no longer even respond to my Emails. I think the scam is simply to drag out the time as long as they can until the consumer can no longer challange or dispute the chargeon their card. Do not make any purchases from this company. They took my $118.90 and I received nothing.
