This company baits you with low ball service price of $39 and when they're done, you owe $640 for work they don't do. High pressure sales telling you all these things they are going to do and then don't do what they say!! Will not work with you on fixing problem.They think they are untouchable.The public needs protection from them.
The advertisement baits people with LOW prices on vent cleaning and furnace cleaning, $69 and $29. In our case, as in the case above, they bait you and use high pressure sales techniques. The salesman tries to sell you a ten-year package deal that costs $1600. The furnace was not cleaned. The estimate was to be shown to me before work began. I never saw it until they were practically out the door ("Hurry up and sign"!). The company firmly maintains that the estimate is ALWAYS shown the customer before work begins as per their policy! (BULLSHIT!!!!)
