Falcon Insurance Company Reviews

  • Feb 6, 2022

To start from the beginning my truck was parked in a Goodyear parking lot (May 15. 2021). Their insured driver smashed in the side of my truck with a much smaller car driving 40 to 50 mph. The back of my truck was displaced four to five feet from impact. She was given a ticket for texting and driving and Falcon even acknowledged over the phone she was 100% at fault.

Two weeks later they offered $1200 for over $8000 in damage. I must add that nothing to this point was even in writing (violation of Fair Claims Act). The receipts and estimate were sent to them (they continue to ignore their email I guess). This information has been sent to them many times (violation of Fair Claims Act).

I called and left messages for almost a month requesting that they inspect my vehicle of which I got zero response (violation of fair claims act). Finally they sent two letters (one to ask for pictures again-I left message to call the repair shop about the damage to my rack and pinion and severe alignment problems which made even driving the truck dangerous). The other was for lack of interest about their incredible low ball offer to fix over $8000 in damages. Again violation of Fair Claims Act.

I must also note that these two letters arrived at the SAME time and were dumped in my mailbox. (Again violation of Fair Claims Act).

Since they decided to act like a fraudulent company my attorney sent them a CERTIFIED DEMAND LETTER which was signed for since it was sent certified mail asking for $14,202. This included loss of use for two weeks and diminished value on my truck. They signed it in mid-August 2021.

To date absolutely zero response from their company to the demand letter (Violation of Fair Claims Act). They attempted to call September 29th. 2021 in which I was working at the time (No message). They also called October 15, 2021 which I did not feel inclined to answer because they did not even acknowledge the Demand Letter from my attorney. They asked for more information which was given to them many times through email and the demand letter. Another violation of Fair Claims Act.

I contacted the driver to let her know I had to sue her in small claims court. Violation of Fair Claims Act. She contacted them and they lied to her repeatedly. She asked about the Letter of Demand from my attorney which the adjuster avoided talking about it. They said I needed to send them receipts (again sent them through email numerous times and through Demand Letter to the attorney). They also said that they would take care of the issue. Funny since they have never made any attempt to settle for a reasonable amount. Violation of Fair Claims Act.

I also noticed a lie that they also dispensed in a letter to the State of Texas saying that I refused to ALLOW them to inspect my vehicle. I guess asking for a straight month to come and inspect my vehicle on their voice mail was not enough. (Again Violation of Fair Claims Act).

The woman had paid her insurance and was up to date with her insurance. She paid her money each month and had $25,000 in collision coverage (violation of Fair Claims Act). Also paying for nothing in return seems to constitute fraud in my opinion.

Falcon also does not seem to operate in Good Faith. Almost nine months later and they seem to think I will be forced to settle for the stupid offer of $1200 for the extensive damage on my truck.

Falcon also was sued by the State of Texas for violating the Fair Claims Act in 2017. I decided to contact Kevin Brady who brought forth the lawsuit against them and he seems to be very happy to get others to investigate Falcon again. I also contacted the Federal Trade Commission and the State of Illinois Department of Insurance.
