A street rep of Falcon alarm Oglethorpe Georgia conned me into dropping my then current alarm system because they would give me everything I had for almost half the cost. I signed the contract expecting everything he promised in July 2015. It's March 2016 and I still have not received all of my equipment. I began calling and writing them around November and informed them that since they did not uphold their end of the contract that I will need to terminate my services with them. I received a threatening letter I. The mail stating that I need to pay them a couple of thousand or my credit will be ruined and possibly have my house taken. Wtf I did not take any action at that time and of course they keep drafting money from my account for the monitoring services. And then a month or two later I get another letter stating that my service was about to terminated and again I had to pay all this money or get bad credit etc. oh yeah they so called gave me 3 options. So I called again and the lady who tells everyone to have a blessed day on the voice mail scheduled me for a tech to come out and install my 2keyfobs, video camera and glass break on a Friday at 430. The day before I got a call from her stating that he would be an hour late due to not having the video yet. Ok. I got home at 400 and waited near the door with phone in hand until 8:00pm. No technician no courtesy call or anything. I called that lady back on that night and left a message. I have not heard from them yet and I am still waiting on my equipment!!!!
