Purchased clothing on this website and the sizing is completely off. The quality of the clothing is terrible and they refused to issue me a refund.
I have corresponded with them via email for over two weeks and the only solution they can offer is that I pay for the shipping back to china and only be refunded 15% of my purchase- What??? each email correspondence is the same from them.
I purchased 7 items from this company back in October of 2016. I paid over $20 for expedited shipping that was not actually used. I received 4 out of the 7 items, after having to intercept them with ups because they did not even put a valid address on the shipping label. The other 3 items were never received by me, and the company did tell me that they were sent back to them. I have been trying for months to get a partial refund for the items I didn't receive. I go back and forth for a bit, they ignore my request and keep sending the same generic response asking me to give them my "correct" address (which by the way was put in to their system correctly to begin with). Eventually they stop responding and then I have to open a new complaint and start a whole new email chain. After 3 moths of back and forth with them, they finally agreed to refund me. They said they would refund the money back to the card I used. That card was no longer active as my bank changed partner banks and sent a new card. I gave them the new card information, more arguing, more back and forth. Then they asked for a paypal account. I gave it to them. No response. I replied my paypal account again. No response. I did that several more times, and even went directly through paypal to request the money. No response. It has now been 2 weeks since they asked for my paypal account. I am fed up. I paid for goods and services that I did not receive. They have a blatant disregard for my feelings. I feel I have been robbed. I have filed a complaint with my bank and they are looking into it. I want my money back. The items I did receive were awful. They were poorly made, and fell apart when I tried them on. They were awkwardly sized.. with abnormally short arms and torsos. Poor quality material. I am furious with this company. And I am tired of dealing with them. They don't care that I am dissatisfied. I have sent them over 100 emails (LITERALLY). They need to be shut down. I am not the only person they're doing this to, I've done my research since having this issue. I spent $100 dollars and it's in the toilet. I am a hard working American woman and I deserve to have my money back.

Do not buy any of the junk they are selling
