I ordered paint from this company online on 3 weeks ago. They charged my card and sent me an order confirmation but they never shipped my product. I have emailed them three times to get the status of the order and they have not answered any emails. They have no phone number listed in their contact info on their website or on their Facebook page.

I'm totally frustrated. This was a substaintal amount of money for my small business to put out and I will NOT be doing business with them again. BEWARE! I should have looked at the online review before I placed an order with them. There are many complaints exactly like mine out there.

I ordered a bottle of the Fresh Cream 32 oz paint on March 10th and was immediately charged for it. I got an automatic email in response saying my order was confirmed which included an order number and link to check the status. After a week I checked the status and no change. I sent an email to the provided response email asking for an update and if it hadn't been shipped if I could pick it up (I am local). I received no response and waited another 10 days.

I checked the status and again no change. I sent another email with no response again. I sent a message to Marcy Neves Johnson Dent (Owner) on Facebook and she ignored my message. I posted a message on a for sale post of hers to contact me and she immediately deleted my message. I sent another email to the company 5 days later and still have received no response. If I don't receive my order by tomorrow I am desputing the charge on my credit card.

As you can see this company has complete disregard for their customer service and doesn't follow through with their orders. I advise anyone purchasing from this company that you probably won't receive your product for at least a month or two after you pay for it. Also they don't seem to care about their customers at all.

Will never use again.

Purchased paint May 12, money charged instantly with confirmation and order# emailed. I have sent two separate inquires via email since, that's the only way to correspond with them, as there is no number and the social media links on website are not valid. To date I have received nothing, no correspondence, no emails, no product. Thankfully my purchase was small, but I still filed a dispute with my credit card company with the hopes of getting my money back.

Never Not Again

Ordered some paint May 12, 2020. Money was taken immediately and a email confirmation was sent. I sent an inquiry on May 25th. No response. Sent inquiry today. The links to social media on website are invalid other than FB. There are no other ways to contact this business. I do plan on contacting my credit card company and having the charge reversed if I can’t get a response. It’s the little things that really matter, like a simple response and no one related to the company can seem to get that done.

Lack of integrity

Stopped communicating not long after receiving my 325$ deposit for a table. How can she sleep at night? This is no different than pick pocketing me. I’m so frustrated!

On February 8, 2018 I purchased a dining set from Fair Chalk Mother's after seeing it for sale on the company's facebook page. I corresponded with Marcy Johnson (owner) via text message and she sent me a paypal invoice for $599, which I promptly paid. A few days later I was given a dining set by a relative and texted Marcy to cancel the order. She responded on February 12th confirming the cancellation and said she would process the full refund later that day. Several days went by so I texted her again asking if she had processed the refund via paypal yet. She never responded. A week went by and I called the phone number, no answer and left a voicemail. 3 weeks later I still hadn't recieved any correspondence or refund so I filied a dispute with PayPal and my credit card company.

The dispute is currently underway but I am incredibly angry and disappointed that March Johnson claims over and over that any purchases are 100% refundable- even if they deliver it to your home and you decide you don't like it.

My order was placed and cancelled in less than 4 days, it never went out for delivery and she REPOSTED the dining set on her Facebook page February 18th for sale!

Whatever you do- do NOT purchase anything from this woman or her company.

Terrible Experience

I have never given a negative review in my life, but now that has changed. I had the same experience as the reviewer above. My card was charged immediately, but I was never contacted regarding the package shipment. I sent several emails which were ignored. A month later, I finally received my package. I set it on the backseat of my car only to arrive home and find that paint had leaked out all over the leather seats. When I opened the package, it was a huge mess! One of the jars was open and had spilled paint all over the other contents of the box. I spent hours cleaning the car seats (the paint did not completely come off), my clothes, and the other products that were shipped. I e-mailed Marcy, explained the situation, and asked for a refund for the opened paint. No answer. I ordered two different times from her, about a week apart, and still haven't received the 2nd package. The packaged was shipped Priority Mail, which takes 2-3 days to ship, so why did this take over a month to receive? And when packaging these jars of paint, I can't believe she didn't tape the lids closed. An easy way to prevent spillage. I still haven't heard back from Marcy, and have given up hope that this will be resolved. I would absolutely never purchase from this business again.
