Fairfield Glade Homeowners' Association demanding they get there dues after couple months of nonpayment. It is not enough they are putting a lien on the property they want it turned over free of charge. The lot was purchased for $23,000. in 2006. It has been listed with Realty companies since 2012. The price is down to 6,000. and not one interested person.
We have paid dues of over $540 every year since owning, except the last couple of months since health issues took precedence. 11 years almost $6,000. in fees for nothing! Now the lot isn't even worth that much and they can't buy us out, they want us to turn the property over. TAxES are only $59. a year! Shame on Attorney General for not protecting the retired citizen getting ripped off in his state.
