I bought a new Lincoln aviator April 9, 2022. I’ve been severely disappointed in the fair Oaks Lincoln dealership in Naperville Illinois. Given that this dealership a new state of the art facility and number one and quality and service; they have failed to meet my expectations.
My car has had multiple problems from the day of purchase, with sensors, recalls, and lane assist notifications. The car was in service for the first few weeks in May to address my concerns, and they returned it to my home while I was out of town with no one here to receive it. They then took their rental leaving my car in my driveway with the keys inside.
Sadly upon returning home I discovered the issues were still unresolved. At this point, I am left with a luxury car that in my opinion appears to be a dud, and no paperwork supporting that any of my concerns have been addressed. I have reached out to the dealership both in person and over the phone multiple times with no response.
I have contacted the general manager, the service manager, and my salesperson multiple times. Given that this car was sold to me at a premium I would have expected a better experience and I cannot believe this would have happened at another luxury brand.
