I had been going to Dr. Nageeb for over 2 years. In December I developed double pneumonia and had to be hospitalized for five days. I called as soon as I got out for the next available appointment at Nageeb's office. They told me I had to wait over a month.
I waited the month, paid for the office visit to have Nageeb tell my I violated his 90 day agreement and that he would not treat me. He left me with no warnings for the presciptions that he had me on as far as withdrawl and did not renew any of them. I was on Gabapentin an anti-seizure medication that could have caused me to have a seizure or stroke.
He in essense just dropped me with nothing. I guess double pneumonia is not a good enough reason to miss an appointment. I have written the state medical board and plan to explore every avenue I can to see him legally pay for his actions.
