Do not patronize this company. Everything said in the 33 complaints I have read thus far, is true. They sold me a refurbished blue tooth device (I knew it was refurbished, but I was assured I could get a refund if I returned it within 30 days, which I did) but they exchanged it - so I lost the 30-day refund.

Now, they refuse to refund & refuse to send a "working" product - it's been returned to me 3 times non-working & now they want me to pay for return shipping - for a non working product - that they admit will not work and admit that they will not refund for.

Paying for the item with a credit card - puts that in the "Deceptive goods & services" area for the government - so, I filed a complaint with the FTC, also with PAY PAL and will now file a complaint with the credit card company.

Fair Warning Folks ! Forewarned is Forearmed ! Avoid Factory Outlet Store like the plague that it is !!

We placed an order last week for 7 polycom VX400 desktop voip phones. We recieved an email confirming our order as well as opening an account with the website. When placing the order we purchased an additional warranty and priority shipping. Today when the phones were not delivered I contacted customer service. I was advised that the devices we selected were on back order and they could not give us a specific time frame. We immediately checked again on the web site to see that they are still offering the devices and they still state available for immediate shipping. The customer service representative advised that if I want the phones soon that they will upgrade me to the same model but ACLASS and charge me 56.00 more per device. I advised this was not acceptable. They then advised it would be an additional 147.00 to overnight ship. When I asked for a manager I was told they are all in a meeting. TERRIBLE experience. When pointing out the website still states it is available for immediate shipping the representative advised me that sometimes the website is not accurate but they always have something they can substitute. BAIT AND SWITCH....

I ordered a Plantronics CS530 wireless headset from FactoryOutletStore.com, and I am completely dissatisfied with the quality of product, terrible customer service, and lack of response on my issue. The headset I received was damaged/scratched with a large scuff mark down the front of the charging station. The earpiece was dirty with dust, earwax/hair inside of it. This is also a health concern as well.

I requested a supervisor the first time I called in and this foreign lady told me she was getting the supervisor and put me on hold for over an hour in limbo i'm sure just to get me to hang up. Then I emailed and received a response that I would receive a callback within 24 hours. I still have yet to hear from the supervisor that I was promised.

I also called yesterday to get a return label for this poor quality/dirty product and have yet to receive it. It doesn't take that long to get a return label.

I just called in again today regarding this and another forein guy stated I would get this in a couple hours because it had to be "forwarded" to another department? really? Get with the program people. This is not how you run a business. Note I still haven't received the label as promised and it's been well over a couple hours now.

At this time I have filed dispute charges with my credit card company to get my money back. In addition, I will be filing fraud charges and consulting a lawyer next.

I regret ever making a purchase with this FactoryOutletStore.com . If this is the way you treat your customers you won't be in business for long. I wish I had reviewed your business online with the BBB first, 65 negative reviews? Really? Just awful.. You should just close your doors.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Lesson learned. Do not purchase anything, ever from factoryoutletstore.com Their customer service is the absolute worst. Their employees lie. They are a "google trusted store". DO NOT LET THAT FOOL YOU! They lied to Google also. I ordered a new headset for work. I received email confirmations regarding my headset, INCLUDING PICTURES of the headset I ordered. (identical to the one I have. I KNOW my equipment.)

I received an email stating it had shipped. Again, with the picture of the headset I ordered. When it arrived, it was NOT the headset I ordered. It was not even remotely similar. I immediately contacted them. I was advised that it WAS the headset I ordered, I let the woman know that in fact it was NOT. I asked them to please send a replacement and I would return this one. They wanted to charge me 15% stocking fee and shipping. AND make me pay for another headset to get one right away. I went several rounds with her. Got nowhere. She was extremely rude. Trying to tell me she was "helping me" when in fact all she was trying to do was help herself/the company, to more of my funds.

I told her I didn't get what I paid for and it was their error and I was not going to pay a penalty for her error. At one point she yelled at me and said Look I'm trying to help you. Let me explain what I'll do for you. I said fine, Explain. She starts apologizing. (ok we are good so far) She tells me that they will send me a Fed Ex label to return the other item. (still ok so far) And then she says they can get me the correct headset out right away. (and again we are with her, I"m on board) then it comes: all you have to do is provide your credit card information so we can charge you for the headset. (AND WE"RE OFF THE TRAIN OF AGREEABLE) I asked her what part of I already paid for it and didn't get it don't you understand? I told her I was done. I would handle it through my bank and get all of my money back.

While I was on the phone with her, my husband called them and demanded a manager. The manager then said that I was advised that a replacement headset was purchased as they no longer carried the one I ordered. Really? Because I wouldn't notice that? And all the confirmation emails I received, had a picture and the model number of the one I actually ordered? But I'm confused. RIGHT! Bait & Switch. Plain and simple.

I started the dispute process with my bank. And in the meantime, remembered the email I got from Google, stating if I had any issues, to contact them and they would make it right. Eventually after much back and forth, they agreed to Google that I would get a FULL refund. I have it in writing. I send the headset back with their Fed Ex label they provided. Today, I see that they have processed a refund. $15 short. They lied. To me. To Google. I'm not finished with them yet. I'm getting it all back. I've contacted my card company and Google. And I am going to plaster warning reviews everywhere I can.

In all of this, I also found in my research they are not an authorized Plantronics dealer.

I googled Escort radar detectors and the top hit (an Add) was from escortfactoryoutletstore.com

Their web site states they are an "ESCORT approved partner."

I ordered a mounting kit for $17.95. It came promptly, free shipping. A small metal mount and four little plastice suction cups...as expected...but it came in a leatherlike black bag, which probablly cost $10. This was not shown on the web site.

I called the official Escort company who tells me that this factoryoutletstore is NOT in any way related to or with Escort, and that had I ordered the same thing from them, the cost would have been $14.95.

I called the factory outlet store and complained to no avail. This was a bait and switch deal, and I think I was overcharged for the dumb black bag which I did not order. They promised that the supervisor would call me. It never happened.

Factoryoutletstore is a scam and fraud. I ordered sportdog 425s collar with $208 including priority shipping and 2 years warranty. After they charged my CC i waited for confirmation e-mail for 3 days, still waiting for tracking number which i didnt receive yet. As per their website state Ships next day. I emailed them several times, No reply. I called customer service several times, very rude and doesnt speak english well. they leave me on hold forever. They always say you will receive it soon. Soon when they dont know. I started to read reviews about the company on different websites, and i find my self the biggest fool ever that i didnt check the reviews about the company before i give them my CC. Just write the name of the company and write reviews and you'll be shocked. I'm just writing this to warn buyers from this company. Dont be fool like me. Stay away. They are fraud.

Buyer Beware! I purchased one dozen Oral-B (so I thought) precision replacement heads from factoryoutletstore.com which proudly popped up after searching for the Oral-B online store. Oral-B logos all over the page! One would think they were buying genuine Oral-B merchandise. Think again. After a few uses the pins that hold the brush in place dislodged and the whole thing fell apart. Thinking maybe one was a lemon I proceeded to use another and another and another with the same results. The last one I used the brush came off while in use and I almost swallowed the darn thing.

I wrote a email to Procter & Gamble, Oral-B's parent company about the problem and was instructed to do a scratch test on the Oral-B logo. Using a coin I scratched the logo and off it came which showes that this product was not a genuine Oral-B product but a conterfeit. Just to verify I did the same test on a brush head purchased in a local store and the logo did not come off.

I am in the process of sending the remaining brushes to P&G's quality control for further investigation and was told that I would be compensated even though these are not their products. That shows how serious they are about their reputation to the end consumer. Hopefully this may result in shutting down this bogus operation.
