First off I tried to save some money fixing my sauna instead of just purchaing new parts. Don't make this same mistake as it almost cost me my home. I spoke with Bryan Pape who said he used to repair for Fix My Sauna, whom is also out of business. I paid $400 and then another $20 to ship my power supply and control panel. 5 weeks later I receive the parts back, I'm happy. Everything works. 3 days later I woke up to smelling something was on FIRE. I go to inspect and found my sauna with "repaired parts" smoking and turned on. It was off when I left it.
I had to get water to put it out.
Called Bryan and he said send it back. WHAT? Your repair almost started my house on fire, and you want me to send it back to you? Called my attorney and because the website is registered in PANAMA theres not much I can do. So I'm on here trying to warn everyone.
Did more research and this isn't the first time this company has started a fire. I'm DISGUSTED.
PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH AND DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID.

I should have known better. Company is less than 2 months old and the owner Bryan Pape is unstable. I contacted Fabulous Sauna Repair because I saw them on google advertising (first mistake). Spoke with Bryan about my Healthmate power box and decided to send it in for a $400 repair. Stupid me! I could have avoided this entire mess and purchased a brand new box from Healthmate for $500 with a brand new controller.
After 4 weeks of waiting I called to inquire about my parts. No answer. Called again and again for 3 days strait. Finally Bryan picked up. He said he was having issues with the repair. Fast forward to 6 weeks and I finally received my healthmate box back. Took me 2 hours to re-install it and turned it on. Poof is what I heard. Sauna won't turn on and the power box is still dead. Called Bryan and he said send it back. So I can spend another $20 on shipping and wait another 6 weeks to have a broken sauna? No thank you. I disputed the charge and did what I should have done in the beginning, purchased a brand new box and controller from Healthmate.
The man who runs this business is a conartist. After speaking to the original company who made my suana, it turns out that an ex-employee of theirs has owned his own repair business for parts that technically should never be repaired. I made sure that he could repair the parts that I had that stopped working and he reassured me that he could.
After sending these parts to him, it took forever to get a response back on when it would be completed and shipped back. All this time, his company did not even start working on my order. Eventually he called me back, not because he fixed my parts but, because he mixed up what was mine with another customers. This whole experience dealing with this company has been irritating and completely unprofessional.
He was basically holding my parts hostage in colorado, not working on them. They started to ignore my calls and not answer when I tried to get ahold of them. Eventually I told them that either they send back my parts or I would fly up and meet them in person at their place of business. Two days later is when I got a notification saying they got shipped back! Unfixed!!!
