We went through all of the steps to file a return using their automated system. The return was aproximately 50.00 in change and we used paypal to complete our filing payment with them. Just today 2 months later, we get a bill from the IRS for the exact amount we paid into EZTaxReturn and no other information.
You cannot call these people or speak to a human being. So frustrating!
