Our agency purchased ezlynx computer software system for insurance quoting and we are unable to obtain any type of customer service to support our initiative. Ezlyx charged our company for set up and the agents had to set up their own system without any assistance from ezlynx support staff. Once we got ourselves ramped up to get underway the system did not operate and we were unable to obtain any type of customer service to enable us to conduct quotes and service to our customers. After much brain damage and several attempts to operate the ezlynx program we gave up since we received little to tech support.
It is extremely challenging to get an answer on the phone. We left voicemail and sent emails and noone really cares if you as the customer receive assistance to get through the program to operate. At that point I requested a refund and I was told via email since noone answers the phone that a refund is not warranted since we signed a contract. With that I resorted to consumer reporting agencies to voice my complaint that ezlynx is a genuine "RIPOFF"
