I'm going to say I feel for that story. Well, know I've sharpened up they likely the same company. And it was all a cover to get away with stealing with this incredible story. Ez claims was a victim and they will help you get justice. LOL. So I ordered and it did go well slow, but ultimately they filed but did not file the POS on my claim, therefore the judge did not award me the cost for Ez claims. So I ask for resolution, ignored.
I charged back my Credit card, Ez claims did not dispute with my Bank. Then an irate and abusive, in my opinion, dangerous individual no one here wants to meet. I meet him in Fontana court, trailer trash in a neighborhood where the median income is about $40,000.00. Scary place.
Guy about seventy years old. His website has not legal term and conditions that allow so Lester Dinnerstein believes. So I'm in northern California and EZ claims sues me, I mess up asking for the venue request, I had to drive to Fontana Court. I forgot my doctor letter for why I missed the court date and therefore was denied a motion to vacate. I'm still litigating, but in the negative money wise already.

Mr. Bart Kay, thank you for your posting. However you left out a few details. For example: You sued us in YOUR venue in Santa Clara Court. You didn't bother to show up for that case either. We cross sued you for the harassment and our travel expenses to San Jose Court. Again you lost and we won damages for your fraud against us.
Clearly if the judge in 2 separate and distinct courts fine in favor of us than you must be in error

I submtted an order to Ezsmallclaim.com 45 days ago. I have tried to contact them both by email and phone. I have not gotten any response or update on my Small clam Court Case no do I even know if they have filed it with the court. I did an internet search for an alternate phone number and contacted a company named ezsmallclaims.net. These companies are NOT related. Ezsmallclaims.net offers to fix the screw ups by Ezsmallclaim.com. When speaking with Ezsmallclaims.net i was told they are getting calls almost everyday from customer of Ezsmallclaim.com trying to check on status of their claim. These companies have similar names but not affiliated with each other. Ezsmallclaim.com is based in carlsbad ca. and ezsmallclaims.net is based in Ontario, Ca.

Our company, EZ Small Claims, is a division of Yale Attorney Service which has been in business since February 4, 1984 was getting the blame for the fraudulent company known as EZ Small Claim. EZ Small Claim was scamming the public by acting as if they were offering true legal services but fooling the consumers and tricking them by offering a 24 hour money back guarantee! They would upload a draft copy in their “My Case portal system” and ask if everything looked good. They said that they would file it with the court. Being a customer you would think everything was legit until a month or two passed and you would hear nothing from the courts. You would repeatedly call their office and email the company and get no response or they would say your case worker just stepped out, by the time the consumer realized something was going on months had passed by and they would not issue a refund some of these clients would go online and search for another phone number to find a corporate office location or another phone number where someone would pick up the phone to get answers. This is how they found the real and original company EZ Small Claims based in California.
The only difference with the names is the S at the end of the word claims making it plural but the original company EZ Small Claims’ customer service and ongoing support is truly one of the best in the Industry!
