EZ Small Claim with no S is a scam. They took my money and never filed my lawsuit for me. They dont ever return calls or emails. months and month went by they go MIA on you. No court date, no paperwork stamped by the court nothing.
I finally Google them to find another phone number and another number comes up I call and find out the company who took my money over 6 months ago is a fraud. I had to have the real company of EZ Small Claims with an S's help me get my money back and help file my paperwork and serve it for me which they did and did the job right. I am so thankful I found out the company is San Diego/Pasadena is a fraud. I tried to go to the address on their website they are NOT in the buliding and the address they make you sign doc's and send to Pasadena is a post office not a suite as it claims.
Please beware when getting small claims service. The real company is very nice and helpful and go above and beyond for you. this fraud company needs shut down. Please beware. THE FRAUD COMPANY IS OUT OF SAN DIEGO AND THE WEBSITES LOOK ALIKE DONT BE FOOLED.

I paid EZ Small Claim on 10/31/14 to file a small claims lawsuit for me. I needed it served and a court date. They failed to do this, months of phone calls not return, no return on emails. I went ahead and google them on 4/19/15 in hoping to find another phone number and email and found EZ Small Claims in Ontario. I thought it was the same company different location. I called and the man answered and said they are NOT the same company. He got a sweet women on the phone that expain to me whats going on and they helped me get my money back and file my claim with no BS. They ARE NOT the same company and not affiliated with each other. EZ Small Claims in Ontario is the real company, this company is San Diego copyrighted their website to a tee and left the S's off on purpose. I had to call ez small claims in Ontario to help me get my money back and actually file my small claims lawsuit got my court date and defendants serves and won my case.
Thank you to the real company and to the fraud. I hope you get shut down.
