I rented a 05 Honda Odysee from them in May 2014 to July 2014. Which at that time they came after the vehicle. Since then there Has been absolutely no communication. Mind you its a rent to own contract. If they take the vehicle that's it, you don't owe them after. Well on Thursaday 2/15/018 I received a summons for what they seem to think I owe them. Nothing attached like the original signed contract to indicate a time frame. I think this is insane and I dont owe them anything

SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN

These people are running a criminal enterprise ripe with fraud and deception like most usa businesses . Someone needs to investigate them , mass sue them , and shut them down . They sell lemons that dont even last a week , then scoff at a loner request!!!!! They sell you a pos then have an attitude when you try to get customer service that's robbery !!!!! They expect us to pay the price when they are not taking care of the cars and customers. If a jewelry store advertises they are selling diamonds and you buy it and its not a diamond that's theft by deception fraud . Then after you sell a lemon which you state any problems will be handled no charge by our service department . Yet when there's a problem fees are added on to the bill!!!!!!???? Doug Lecker the owner is son of coward roy lecker all criminals and theives. EVERYONE that works there is down on the scheme . How is this place still in business ???????

I waste so much time coming here. They say they fixed my car a time before I went today, but my brake light had came back on. Then whenever I ask for a receipt, they say it's gonna take a while to write up. I never knew it could take " a while" to get a receipt, when you have computers and is doing your part to fix the issues with the car. You should be able to click print and my receipt comes up, just like every other business. They have meetings and tell the customers to also stand outside, while heir car is being "fixed"!!! Like how unprofessional is that!?? This is the worst customer service I ever had. Even today, they were talking about "booger sugar" or drugs in front of customers!!!!! I just can't take it.

This van was purchased to help with transportation for my sister in law. She has 5 children to tote back and forth to school. We were assured that the vehicle would be in good repair and a loaner would be supplied should it need any repairs. That was a lie. Two weeks in we were dropping off the vehicle for the second time. I said something to the service department and recived nothing but additude. Later that day more additude no loaner and no willingness to bring the vehicle back. I called and complained to two managers. The van was then delivered. Since then the van has had to go in two more times and we are only four weeks in. Each time no loaner and its a fight to get them to send someone with the car to return it. This was not worth the thousand dollars I have paid. They will not change the vehicle until next month after their down payment is paid in full. They also want more money for changing into a better vehicle. Seems very wrong and they took advantage of my sister in law as well as myself...since I pay the bill
