This company is the biggest ripoff in america! I don't even know why they are able to sell this stuff when they don't do what they say.The customer should be #1 but they refused the refund my money even though it was sent back way before the trial offer so please don't order anything because they are the worst! My attorney is going to be in touch with them, thats how bad it was. MAJOR RIPOFF! *

I have tried to cancel my subscription multiple times and they continue to send me the product and charge my account.

Scam Scam Scam!!!!

They make it sound like this is a 30 day trial offer.... but after 10 days your credit card is charged $89 and change for each product. I caught the charge on my account right away, printed out the e-mails acknowledging my order and called and cancelled. I told them their web ads were deceptive and as far as I was concerned amounted to fraud. I wrote the cancellation number for the skin optics product and the eye essentials product on the email and saved it. Thank goodness I did because not quite a month later my account was charged again... this time for $92.90! I called and told them the date of my original order, the date I called to cancel and why, the fact that I had my cancellation numbers, and that they had charged my account anyway without authorization and that I expected a refund immediately. I can tell you that if I had not been able to provide the cancellation numbers they would have tried to refuse the refund. Supposedly I will get my money back in 3 to 5 business days. We shall see. I won't let it go if I don't. It is the principal as much as the money. Surely there are regulations/laws in place which are being violated.... seems like someone could shut these people down.

Doing business with either of these two companies is dangerous. These companies will sign you up on a autoship program which is deceptively advertised.

After realizing you are being charged for product even if you cancel the shipments with them by phone they will still charge you the next month. Our bank tried to dispute the charges and was only able to recover a third of our money even though we had canceled service and received no product.

My advice to anyone that uses these products would be to cancel your credit card immediately after the first charge appears on your credit card statement. They will keep charging you probably until you catch it and you will not getyour money back.

I ordered the Eyessentials eye serum and the Skin Optics moisturizer trial that was $5.95 and they slammed my debit card for $86.95 for the USELESS Eyessentials serum and another $89.95 for the even MORE useless Skin Optics moisturizer!

BOTH products are JUNK! You'd get much better results using the stuff sold at Dollar Tree!

The day I got my banks statement showing the outrageous charges, I got another package from them! When I called their (lack of ) customer service numbers, they told me I'd been charged ANOTHER $90.00 EACH for the package just received! I was LIVID!! I told them what I thought of their product and asked for a refund but they refused. I said I was going to return the UN-opened package and expected a FULL refund for the March charges--which, at first, they also refused to do! Even though I said several times that I was NOT satisfied with their product and it did NOT work, their rep kept talking over me and said he'd give me a 35% discount on the latest shipment and I could keep the stuff--it took me saying "STOP talking and listen!" and I broke it down into syllables and said "Your products do not work for me and I do not want them for ANY price!" for him to FINALLY give me a return authorization and tell me they'd refund the charges for the package (minus a $9.95 "restocking fee" for each of the two items of course). When I told him I intended to contact my bank AND the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU to make complaints, he said "Oh, no. Don't do that, they can't help you--we have "legal paperwork"...Ugh!

Bottom line.....Don't waste your time and money (like I said, you'll get better results from Dollar Tree or WalMart products).

DO NOT do business with these scam artists!

Better off buying moisturizer from Dollar Tree!

These products are useless and the "trial offer" is a VERY expensive SCAM! Seriously, you can get better moisturizer from a dollar store, drug store, Walmart, etc.... Don't even CONSIDER accepting their offer--Even if you do try to return the crap, they won't accept it or issue a refund--and every month you'll get more stuff and they charge you about $180.00 for each shipment (since they usually ship the eye serum and a "Skin Optics" moisturizer together).

Do yourself (and your bank account) a favor and STEER CLEAR of these con-artists!

This product did not perform as described, in fact it leaves my skin greasy and causes burning, itching eyes. The $5.95 offer price is a scam - if you do not cancel your subscription within 14 days they will charge you $86.95 and send you nothing else. In essence the trial offer costs you $92.90 for a small bottle of serum that does not work as described and causes irritation. No where on the order screen doe it say if you keep the $5.95 trial you will be charged an additional $86.95. This is truly a rip-off.
