I singed up for a trial offer of the skin care product Eyenoir & Skinnoir for $4.95, $.99 & $5.95. In small or insignifient print,
there apparently was instructions to cancel within 14 days. This did not happen, since there was no reminder with the procucts. Now, they charge my credit card $85.95 & $89.95 every month. This is dificult to stop. That is $80. more than each product could possibly be worth. I want mky money back.
This is an unethical company that operates on the fringes of legal internet companies. They misrepresent their products, business practices and refund policies. They lie about their williness to accommodate the customer. They advertise that the customer can try their products and only pay for the shipping. Whatever fine print that might exist is obscured by their advertising. So they send the product and the next thing the customer knows is that their credit card or their bank account has been reduced by $85.95 and/or 89.95.
When you call this company to complain, they tell you that you agreed to a monthly skin care product and that you didn't cancel soon enough. I kept after this dishonest company to refund my money. Finally they agreed to refund a small portion; which they did. And for a few hours the refund was in the account.
Soon after that, however, they took the refund back, while sending an email stating that the entire refund was made. They did this 2X to me. This company needs to be stopped.
I ordered EyeNoir samples for a small charge. Then I was getting $90 charges 2 times for the products. They said I had to call and cancel within 14 days. Well I have cataracts and did not see the fine print. I called to complain and they said they would refund 50%. I am a disabled senior and only get $746 a month. I would never agree to that. Now I can't go to the Dr., buy food or Christmas present for my grandson. They need to be investigated and taken to court and refund all money they have ripped people off. It is a scam! I contacted them about a bill i had received on a product they had sent me. I told them i didn't want any more and they said i couldn't even return the unopened box i had received. I would have been ok with the one charge that i didn't cancel in the 15 days but to be forced to keep the 2nd unopened shipment that i didn't want was ridiculous.
I cannot reach the company that began sending me EyeNoir cream. The boxes keep coming. Does anyone know the phone # for this company where I could reach an actual person.
I do not want to just send them all back via certified mail as there is no guarantee they will be credited back or will even stop being shipped.
Total rip off. False advertisment. They used Christy Brinkley product line not her product. They charge monthly after trial period. Product comes regularly after trail period. Then when you call to cancel they go down to 70 percent off and then you have basically any idea of the amounts in the product or side effects of any of the ingredients in the product. Total rip off.
I ordered a Eyenoir skin cream trial that was suppose to help remove wrinkles for 4.95 with .99 shipping and handling. I kept the product to try. It is not any better than any over the counter products. When I open my charge account statement, and to my surprise they had charged me another $89.95! The grand total for that small jar of face cream was $95.92! I immeadiately called my bank and challenged the charge. Called the company and they told me there was nothing they could do. However, they could sell me the cream at a 75% discount and I would pay 20+ dollars. I asked them to make my first jar the new price and he said he could not. He did give me an email address that does not work. This is really taking advantage of people. I am a teacher on a limited budget each month. Shame on you eyenoir!!!!!!
PS I tried to buy the eye serum but I couldn't get the order to go through, thank heaven!!!
