After receiving a refund for glasses that were thicker than the current ones I wore (that were supposed to be digital). I was refused service and was told by the manager that once you receive a refund you can no longer receive service. The manager of the Eyemart Express in Greenville NC told me that this was there policy. However, this was never told to me during the refund policy nor was this on the refund receipt. This company needs to be exposed for allowing such acts to take place. The manager did not even consider the fact that the glasses I currently have is under a 1 yr warranty; therefore, how can this be. I would have like to included more detailed information which led up to todays incident. However, this needed to be conscise. I was not humiliated once, but twice and this location and company needs to get investigated. Glasses are a necessity, not a fashion trend. It is my hopes that this has never happened to another, but it may have. While the company advertises quality frames in a short amount of time, the manner in which I was treated was poor and also quite cheap.
