The Eye machine LLC investment is a scam. The principals contracting the investing public are Lana Valazquez AKA Lana Puleo, and Vanessa Puleo (A recently married LGBT couple from Orlando). The life partners and business partners also own Accredited Investors Group LLC, and Primary Capital Solutions LLC. The LLC's are in the name of Vanessa Puleo, Lana is co-owner, evidently by marriage, as same sex marriages are legal in Florida.
The Eye Machine LLC has contracted with AIG and PCL to raise capital for their $7,000,000 Private Placement Investment. Both women are also paid Directors of The Eye Machine LLC, a material conflict of interest to the investing public. The Investment discloses that up to 50% of the amount of money being raised, or more, will be paid out in syndication and marketing costs. They have no revenue and also pay salary for 10 people, and retainer fees to associated knowledgeable partners and principals. All principals also have stock holdings.
The deal is a watered down piece of garbage. Given these amounts of money being taken out for expenses, probably close to 80%, how could the deal ever work? And, this is the third Private Placement involving this same product and people, kind of like a ponzi scheme, certainly a fraud and a rip off on the investing public.
