THIS EXACT SCAM HAPPENED TO ME AND I AM A SINGLE PARENT WHO IS VERY DISPLEASED WITH THIS INAUTHORIZED WITHDRAWL AMOUNTS THAT WAS TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY CONSENT!!! I WATCHED THE COMMERCIAL OF THIS PRODUCT AND IT SAID THEY GIVE U A FREE TRIAL FOR SHIPPING FEES ONLY OF THOSE TWO AMOUNTS ON THE BOTTOM, IT DID NOT SAY ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHICH IF I DONT CANCEL WITHIN THE FIRST FOURTEEN DAYS U WILL BE CHARGED TO HIGH AMOUNTS PER PRODUCT EVERY MONTH!!! THE COMPANY IS NOT WILLING TO GIVE ME MY REFUND FOR THESE PRODUCTS!!!
Perris California United States of America Name: Skin Royale/Eye Royale Category: Beauty Products Skin Royale and /Eye Royale Company Claimed product was created by Angelina Jolie. The cost was $4.95 and $5.95 to cover shipping and handling. 10 day later my Visa Card was charged $89.95 and $ 86.95. When I called customer service they told me I needed to cancel within l4 days because it was a trial order and they refused to credit my Visa.. What kind of misleading advertising is this. Total RIPOFF. I Santa Ana, California *Consumer Comment: Royale eye cream *Consumer Comment: Skin royale This company was offering free samples of Royale Skin Serum and Royale Eye Cream that was created for Angelina Jolie.
The cost was for Shipping and handling only. One was $4.95 and the other was $5.95. When the order came there was NO packing slip or paperwork that came with the order. Approximately 10 days later they charged my Visa card another $89.95 and $86.95. I called the company and asked them how this could have happened?? She said it was a 14 day trial and I would have needed to call and get an RMA# and return the product within the l4 days. I never saw anything as to that when I ordered the samples. I asked her to please credit my account and she said she could not do that.
I asked her for an RMA# so I could return the samples and she told me it would take about 30 plus days to get a refund and that I would be charged a restocking charge so the best she could do is give me a 50% refund. I told the women that I was on a fixed income and needed all my money back. She still refused to give me my $176.90 back and there was no one else I could talk to. This company go under several different names but there all the same company out of Santa Ana, California but they say the company is in Arizona. This company is a total Rip off that won't return your money.
When I called the company I was refused a refund stating I was enrolled in some sort of ordering program. Total fraud. The guy on the phone said " you must not have read the fine print." If the fine print is that hard to see, that I would be charged close to $200.00 then there is an issue with the fine print. I'm in the process of working with my bank to consider these charges fraud. I will also fine a BBB complaint. I will also go out of my way, to share this experience on EVERY possible blog Related to skin care and beauty products I can find so others do not have to deal with this same mess of a situation. Funny thing is, the product is ok. Maybe I would have even recommended it to other if the company was not so shady in their billing process. Noe, I'll make it my mission to make sure no one else has their money taken from them.
The company offers a free trial and only charges for shipping. In small print that is not obvious they will charge you full price if you do not contact them and cancel with them within 14 days. Once the charges go through and you contact them they will try to offer you a 50% for all future orders. If you deny that they will offer you a 35% off refund. If you accept you are not longer elgiable to dispute the charges.
I ordered a free trial of this skin care and it was suppose to be free and pay for shipping only. I ordered and the face cream dried my face out and made my eyes itch. Then 2 weeks later they charge my bank 86.00 and 89.00 for more cream that I did not want. there is NO customer service number to be found.
I just received an automatic order and was charged $89.95 for Eye Royale eye cream. I was told when I ordered the "trial" package for about $9.95 that I could cancel any future deliveries at any time. I felt like they were lying to me then. I think it was Christy Brinkley, the model, that did the commercial that I saw advertising it, so I thought it might be legitimate. Boy, was I wrong. I just called the number on the invoice that does not include a price of the eye cream I was sent and I was told that they did not accept returns, that she could give me her employee discount of 50% off if I kept being a member of the program, I said no, I can't afford it, your person lied to me anyway & I can't afford.
Then she said she would give me her employee discount of 75% if I continued on being a member and receiving the eye cream or whatever, again I said no, I really just want an address to return this eye cream to and again she told me that I couldn't return it and I was already charged the $89.95 & I cooldn't do anything about it. Someone needs to close these scammers down. She said she cancelled my memebership and any future orders I might receive but they have my card number so I really don't trust them. They are robbing people, scammimg people, stealing from people, something has got to be done.
Seeeing an advertisementabout skin care i ordered a ree 14 day trial ski and eye cream royale. I ordered both he eye crem and skin cream at an offer of 4.95 and 5.95 respectively. When i went into may checking account, the origina price of which was $85.95 and $89.95, was takjen out of my checking account which overdrawn my account. I am disabled and on a fixed income. I called immediately and spoke to the most nasty peron telling me there was nothing he could do. Talking loudly over me. After arguing with him for a few minutes, he put me on hold, and came back and said he would refund me $62.00 and that if i agreed i was to not report them to better business or file a complaint with the bank and h sid it would be recorded. What kind of practice is that...Today i called back after reading a report on Outscam and read some of the reviews i decided to file one. I, did call back after i read that someone received a refund and i did only partly receive a refund, i spoke to another representative and she refunded another $97.05. At least she was nice about it...
Skin and eye royale fraud after seeing an advertisement for thse products i ordered the 14 day rial offer. I didn't receive the product for another four days. When i called my bank to check baance i have two charges taken out of my account prior to the end of the trial date. My account was overdrawn $62. I am a disabled senior citizen on a fixed income and was totally in a panic. I then called immediatelyand explained to a gentleman on the phone what hapened. He ws the most arogant perswon i have ever dealt with in my life. He gve me such a hard time. I was not aware that the trial was from the day that you ordered. I did not get it till 4 days later. To make a long story short he would not refund my ull amount and offered me $62.00 only if i did not report them to better business and dispute it with the bank and they recorded it and if i did that
I saw a fantastic deal on my phone for Eye Royale and Skin Royale. Only having to pay for the shipping charges of $4.95 and $5.95. However, a few days later I found two (2) separate charges for another $89.95 and $86.95. I called to cancel after realizing what the charges were for.
I told them that I had not ordered anything that was on a continuing basis and wanted to cancel and would be glad to return the proudct to them. The first person I talked with stated that I had agreed to the terms and conditions and therefore, there would be no return.
I then called the next number for the other product and she agreed to credit my account for 35% of the cost, but would not agree to a full reimbursement because I had agreed to the terms and condtions, also.
I do not remember checking any box, so I actually went back on their website and see the box is already checked for you so it's something that is totally overlooked.
I have learned my lesson like everyone else. Never buy anything on line that seens like a fantastic order becausue it is not.
These two skin care products (Eye Royale and Skin Royale) arrived just a few days before my bank account was charged a total of $176.90. When I called their customer service number, I was told that they would not refund my money because it was two days after my trial period had ended, which was four days ago. The customer service representative woudl not budge, and when I asked to speak to her supervisor, she said that they "all had to follow the same protocol" and not issue a refund. I feel ripped off, as the dates of my trial period were not specified anywhere.
Update: After an email to the company, they called back and offered me a 50% refund. I would rather have that than nothing, but I still feel that this type of business practice is unethical.

As others reported, I ordered FREE samples that only required $5.95 + 4.95 S + H. Package received had no
mention of additional $89 to be charged to my card in 14 days. My bank fraud dept. called to ask if I authorized
the charge , I said no. I was told to contact them to get it reversed. Bank did not have a phone # but said it
out of Las Vegas. I called the number on the packaging and was told I not receive a refund. I said I would
check their website for this disclosure and call my bank fraud dept back. In 5 minutes I received a callback
from the agent (Pittsburg number) who said after speaking to her supervisor she could refund 30-35% of
the $89 and close account in 3-5 business days. It still sounded fishy and I decided to check the website but could not find it.
