Where is the Attorney General for the Internet? This company is ridiculous. I was promised a $5.00 product and talked into another $5.00 product with free shipping and easy 14 day money back return on both. Return policy is located in small print (basically non-english verbage put together by someone in India - where their customer service is located).
My bank account was hit for $92.00 per product before 14 day trial was up. My Bank hit me with two 34.00 charges for a total so far of $248.00 for two supposedly $5.00 (worthless) products.
I was on the phone for over an hour on hold the day the charges hit. After talking with them for over another 1 hour (as they continually harrassed me to accept an offer of 50% off cost, then 75% of cost, etc) they finally said the charges would be taken off. That was over 3 weeks ago and the charges are still on my bank account.
I just spent another hour waiting on the phone and another customer service agent tried to give me the run around about how they cancelled the order but the original charges wouldn't be taken off.
I told him that I am contacting the Attorney General and that when someone is this corrupt, I can be a very mean person to deal with and promised I would follow through completely to do as much damage as possible to their company.
He immediately backtracked and I was given another set of "refund verification numbers" and told the charges would be removed in 3-5 days. If they're not, I'm going full boar on this company and will probably be contacting other ripped off people that have filed a complaint on this website for this company.
I'm not a whiner, I'm a rip-off company's worst nightmare.
I am not happy to have receive another order of the eye serum without my permission. This product does not work for me.
Please cancel anymore of EyeRewind serum and I will reture the EyeRewind that I received. I want to recover the cost. If needed, Please send me the REM number or other code needed to go on the return as soon as possible.

I orderd a product from this company on a trial bases with the cost of under $6.00 there was no disclosure that the company would be charging my accout after 14 days.
On may 2nd i received an email from the company saying they were going to charge my account for this product in full. I contacted the given number and canceled my order days before the 14 day period but as well they overcharged my account and it is now in the negative.
When i called the company the day i received the email i spoke to dafaney i was assured that they would not charge the account which they did anyway. When i contacted them about it they gave me one excuse after another to justify the charge and since have authorized there self to further charge to my account even though i cancelled.
I am outraged not only did they charge my accout after cancellation they charged more then they should have and put my account in the negative $266.00.

Like others placed a $5.99 shipping only trial offer for (2) products. My account was debited $202 on 8/23. After trying the product, i found it to be very drying and called on 9/9 to return the product and obtain a refund. Customer service was very rude and i was advised i had until 10/7 to obtain a refund. My account was debited on 9/9 for an additional $202!!
I called customer service 9/12 and customer service conveniently could not find my account, finally they did. After she went into her script about my "goals" i screamed i did not like the product and was willing to return it for a complete refund of over $400+, she said it was passed the allowed time. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was on hold over 25 minutes. This company needs to be shut down immediately!! i too will pursue legal action!!!!!!!!!!!
