I ordered a siren from Extreme Tactical Dynamics on Jan 28th. It said order will process in 1-5 business days it has been over 3 weeks and i still have not received my order. Just like other reviews on here I can not get a person to answer the phone. The response from the owner said to use the live chat on their website hahaha. Again just like their phones there is no one there. I have been calling them for days with no answer and just like the other review they had no problem taking my money. Just a problem sending me the product. Oh well jokes on them we have one of their sirens and was going to replace our entire fleet with the same one. Not anymore. I dont know how these fly by night companies survive. Whatever you do, DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CRIMINALS.

At 53 years old and with over 34 years in the fire service, I have never had the misfortune of dealing with such an unethical, poorly managed, emergency equipment company as Extreme Tactical Dynamics. After returning a siren that was inoperable (the PA worked, but no siren), the company claimed that it was not installed by a certified technician and was therefore not covered under warranty. When explaining to a customer service representative that the siren was never installed, but first tested, they refused the explanation, have now made additional false claims, fail to escalate the issue, specifically state that the owner, Chris, does "not speak with customers" and refuses to look at the unit, refund the money, or even return the unit.

Making matters worse, the company does NOT answer their phones. If you would like to test this, try calling them and following the prompts to customer service . Also, review the multiple complaints about this company online which state very similar horror stories.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT do business with this company. This company is a disgrace to all first responders!

I am a Batallion Chief and ordered lights and siren for my truck. I spent over $600 on the items that I bought. I was to receive some grille lights and a dash light for free because of a promotion that they were running before Christmas. They did not send them til I finally was able to get ahold of them. They DO NOT ever answer the phone and rarely answer an email. The only way to contact them is the live chat feature on their website because they think they are getting another sale. When I did talk to them about the missing items, they blamed me which I did exactly what I was supposed to do by entering the item color in the comments section when I placed the order. I received the lights and siren and I am pretty happy with the lights. The siren on the other hand did not work at all. I sent an email and called numerous times with no response. I finally talked to "Esther" on the live chat feature and I had to send pictures to them of the defective item which I did immediately. She gave me a RMA # to send it back which I did the same day. Almost a week after they received it goes by and I still don't hear anything back. I send an email which was actually answered by Esther and she says they are sending another 1 out and I would be getting a tracking # "shortly": I wait a couple of days and talk to someone on live chat and said that they might ship it that day.

A couple of days later I contact someone else on live chat and talked to Mary. She researched the problem for me and after several minutes she informed me that it is backordered and it won't be available to ship for 2 weeks. I informed them that I have a truck out of service waiting for it and that I can not wait til mid February. Mary said that I had mentioned something about a refund in our text conversation and I said that I had no other option than a refund. She informed me that a refund will be a reverse charge on my card. I went to another company and ordered a different siren and they shipped it out the same day that I ordered it. So now extremetacticaldynamics.com sent me an email today with a tracking # saying that it shipped today after they told me that they were giving me a refund. I tried to call and of course....no answer. I sent an email and of course.....no answer. Now I am going to be stuck with 2 sirens and they also owe me $24 in shipping that I had to pay to send the defective item back. I have never in my life dealt with a company as horrible as this! BEWARE!

Wish I read these reviews first

As everyone else stated. I ordered a visor light 28 days ago. I have called numerous times but only spoke to someone 3 times. I have been told each time that the item is shipping either that day or that week. Still nothing has shipped. I have emailed them with no luck so far. We have turned it over to our city police to attempt to contact them. If we do not receive our full order within the week the city attorney will prosecute for fraud.

Extremely difficult company to work with - a complete nightmare! Ordered parts that were shipped in several diferent shipments - no packing slips, no invoicing so there is not way to determine if you received all the parts your are charged for unless you take the initiative - but if you do not receive all your parts then you are out of luck because there is no customer service. On one occasion when I did actually speak to an individual, she stated that I must take a picture of the light so that quality control could determine what was wrong with it - seriously what good is a picture of a light going to tell a techician what is wrong with a light. What a joke of a company. We ordered several light bars of the 5 ordered, 3 of them did not work which basically I am out over $900 because I returned one, have proof of delivery but no response from them. Two of the email addresses that I had are no longer working or they just ignore them.

This is the worse company that I have ever dealt with - it is a shame that there is not more recourse for getting companies like them out of business and stop scamming so many other people!

DO NOT do busines with this company. They will not answer the phone, they will not ship your product. They WILL RIP YOU OFF. I ordered lights for a patrol vehicle over 10 days ago, should have shipped in 2 business days AND NOTHING!!!!!

RIP OFF RIP OFF RIP OFF. Order from a reputal dealer and avoild my MISTAKE!!!!

Ordered over $1000.00 worth of lighting equipment,& cannot get any help about my order other than its "backordered" and will be a week.. for 4 months.

I ordered over $1000 worth of emergency lighting including a " 48" Full Size Light Bar with Linear 1 Optics".. The description states NOTHING about the entire rear of the bar being AMBER, so when I asked about it, I was told to ship the 6 amber modules back and they would exchange them for red ones. It has been over 3 MONTHS now, and I still am missing 6 LED modules from the rear of the bar. The ONLY way to speak to someone is to "live chat" "TESS" on the website, and she will tell you again and again your product is backordered and will be in within a week... Over and over again. I have now LOST my contract with the Fire Dept over this issue, and am considering legal actions against "ETD" / "Aspire Sales".

My report is the same as the rest. Horrible customer service. Never an answer on the phone. They mailed the wrong part and i had to pay shipping to exchange it. I would never buy from this compnay again. NEVER!
