This site sells sex toys for the same price as high-end dealers on Etsy etc, but deliver cheap Chinese knockoffs that are dangerous to use. It's a chinese parent company, so this adds up.
I bought an anal hook for $70, and what they delivered was a cheap metal hook that uses a cheap, broken screw with a ball attached.
If someone had used it, they would have ended up in the hospital.
Of course they offer NO refunds and put up bureaucratic barriers to getting an exchange. I failed to do either, so here I am reporting it.
If you want sex toys, go to Etsy and support the honest works people are doing there. Stay away from this scam website.
Do not order from this company. If you place an order even if you try to cancel believe they will not cancel it. They do not answer the phone or respond to emails on the weekends so if you place an order then there is no way to contact anyone. Even if you do they will ship the product anyway.
And forget about a refund all they will give you is a store credit, Order from them you must use a credit card so you can then contact your credit card company to see if they can reverse the charges. I'm sure there's been enough complaints about this company but that may work
