I Would NOT Recommend This Company!!! NEVER!!!

Their product may be good, but make sure you don't need a replacement part!!! Or at least make sure you don't talk to JAKE!

I ordered ONE Rim Replacement on March 31, 2018, 134-8973MB 134 18x9 5x5 +00 MT-BLK/BLK BEADLOCK 83.82cb, $173.94. Simple Right! NOT! I looked online and then called and spoke with Jake. Confirming the rim is the exact replacement for what have, then clicked "Place Order".

Rim arrived, WRONG RIM. Called Jake and he ARGUED with me that he NEVER HELPED me and I had the item number wrong and I ordered the wrong rim or CAR ID had the wrong item # on their inventory. Had to send the rim back, pay them $20 SHIPPING, wait WEEKS for them to process the return.

I made MULTIPLE Phone Calls to Jake to check on status, and ask to speak to a supervisor. "I will check into it and I will LET YOU KNOW and he is not available". Not until Thursday, May 17, 2018 did I receive a credit email of ONLY $139.15.

I re-initiated the call to Jake AGAIN to place another rim ordered on Monday, May 21st. He said, "You will have the rim in three business days!!!" "Great! I ship out to Ft. Benning, GA, ARMY on June 4th and will have time to get it on my truck and drive it before I leave for 16 + weeks."

YOU GUESSED IT!!! Friday, June 1st, NO RIM!!!

My Mom called and spoke with Jake on Wednesday, June 6th and CANCELLED THE ORDER! He gave her nothing but LIP SERVICE! Apparently, Tylor is Jakes Supervisor??? No returned call from him either.

What a Rude Employee!

I received a $2,500 set damaged rims and tires mounted and balanced. After notifying extreme customs of the damaged rims they were difficult to get a hold of in regards to getting this resolved. Eventually they agreed to replace the damaged rims and a damaged sensor but I have to get the tires removed from the damaged rims and send them the rims. They said they would reimburse me for the removing, mounting and balancing costs. As was asked I got the tires removed and shipped via prepaid ups shipping.

The received the rims and started to pull a fast one and did not want to send new rims. After some time they finally sent new rims and a sensor. However, they are now refusing to reimburse for the mounting and balancing costs of $196 There has been a lot of back and forth. They will not pick up the phone if I call but will if I call from another number. No response to emails. This has been going on for 8 weeks. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Extreme Customs Sucks - Such poor workmanship by unqualified techs that they have destroyed a 2015 F350 of mine. Installed the BDS radius arms wrong, installed the track bar 1 1/2" too short which caused the front axle to shift 3" toward the driver side which ended up in my losing control of the truck. The brake line was rubbing on the tire and the new BDS spring had rubbed though the axle stop bracket and in to the frame. The front Fox shock was never tightened and the list goes on. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE - ONE DAY THEIR GONNA KILL SOMEONE WITH THEIR I DON'T CARE ATTITUDE AND POOR WORKMANSHIP. extremecustomsllcsucks.com
