I agree that Extend Pet Health is a ripoff. Beware of the FaceBook ad offering free trial of pet care product to extend joint life of elderly dog. I did not sign up for ongoing service. In the fine print, it apparently says that the service will continue unless you cancel. I never saw this and there is no contact information in the shipping box to call or email to discontinue the product. My 16 year old dog is deceased and it is an irritant to keep receiving these piled up boxes. I only found the contact information from a prior rip off report to call the company and cancel. I was told I would not be reimbursed for any of the unused, unopened and unwanted product.

I would encourage all of you to go to this website http://www.bbb.org/reno/business-reviews/animal-health-products/extend-joint-care-in-silver-springs-nv-90017598 is the Better Business Bureau when you go there you can make a complaint against them, and even ask for a settlement. So far there are only five bad reviews against this company. Every single one of us should go there and make our voice heard. If they get enough people complaining about them they would take action but not with just five people.
I had the mistake of see a product through Facebook to help dogs with joint problems. My dog was just experiencing problems and they offered a trial shipment of the product to try. I ordered it and my dog seemed to like it and was having a little improvement. I went to the web site and didn't see where you could order more so I called customer service. the person who answered the phone told me I was going to be charged the full price of $69.95 instead of the introductory trial price because I had not called them back within 14 days of receiving the product. Also, they said I was now automatically enrolled to get this product shipped every month and charged $69.95. I asked to speak with a supervisor and the representative told me to call the number I just called again. I called numerous times, they either pick up the phone and then hang up or do not answer the phone at all. I Feel I've been scammed!
BETTER RTEAD THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FIRST BEFORE ENTERING ANY SENSITIVE INFORMATION ON THE SITE.

I'm experieenced at ordering things online and subscribing to websites with "trial offers". One thing I've learned about ordering trial offers-iis to not order trial offers. I read terms and conditions on everything a purchase, and if they don't allow you to choose no recurring billing, I simply doon't order the product. That's how I know this is truly a scam. With ppast experiences I know I wouldn't have allowed future shipments, yet they came anyway. The best I could do so far as a full refund of the latest box they sent. I'm sending an email to get the RMA return merchandise authorization number two place on the box of others, and they're supposed to refund me. I will let you know. If you're reading this you probably been burned. Help us spread the word.
Was very disappointed with Extend for Pet health a supplement. I ordered this for my dog. I was under the impression I got to use product for 14 days before I was billed for it. I actually thought it was a trial period at first and then a new supply would be bilked after 14 days and shipped.
I called they were so rude! I asked if they worked for Extend they said yes! Then I asked are you a subcontractor that handles their finances they said yes. So I stated that you are not directly an employee. They were very irate at me at this time. Told me to go back and read the email again. Like I was an idiot. I told them I only had product for 6 days, they stated we are not responsible for shipping time. So I said is that in email. Told me to find a number from Extend, then he hung up.
the saddest thing about this is I am trying to help my dog with joint problems and thought this product sounded amazing. If it is a good product I will never know. Because how can I trust a company that allows these type of people ( rude, uncaring,sarcastic,etc. ) to handle their business. Very sad this goes on in our world.

Apparently it would take an act of congress to get a refund for my second shipment. I think I was able to cancel subsequent shipments by calling the customer service number. Waaaaayyy too expensive!

Contact the Better Business Bureau, and contact your bank or credit card. Ask them for an immediate HALT, and challenge your paid bills as FRAUD.
Today I think I was successful in not only cancelling my shipments but getting a refund of $49.95. He stated something about reading the terms and conditions on their website which, of course, I didn't do. Instead of allowing me to return the unopened product, they "authorized" me to keep it for $20, which isn't much more than the introductory cost of $14.95. I don't know if it has helped my dog, and we'll see if the refund actually happens. But I feel a little better knowing that I'm getting some of my money back (I hope). Hope this helps some of you. Get on top of the problem and be persistent with them.

I have filed a previous report on Pet Health Extend. I deliberatley did not want to continue services. The company made it almost impossible to cancel after a free trial. There was no ivoice in the box or contact information. There was no communication of the charge for the monthly shipment to help elderly dogs with joint health. only after canceling was there a notice of the charge of $69.95. I have a six month supply and my 16 year old dog is deceased. I am sitting on $418.70 of unused product. Shame on them and shame on me that I did not know about this exhorbitant cost!

This ingredient is in the pedigree dog food that I feed my 13 year old black lab/German Shepherd. I do believe it works.
I got it in a tablet form that was $10.00 for 120 tablets from Natur Vet and no automatic shipping.
