Due to legal matters in our firms favor, we were looking to potentially liquidate a few aircraft through auction or an aircraft brokerage firm. When initigally reaching out to Express Jets, their firm representative, Jason Levealle seemd somewhat intersted but not too serious. After multiple attempts for further discussion, no phone calls were ever returned by Mr. Levealle. Concenered that messages were not getting through to the right personnel, I felt my firm was unprofessionally being stonewalled by this firms gatekeeping secretary, Beatrice Wright, as she clearly did not see the big picture of what we were trying to accomplish and we truly were looking for some assistance in selling these aircraft.
One day I was in the area and since nothing else was working, I decided to step in to introduce myself and hopefully connect directly with the firm's representative, Jason Leavelle. I was more than happy to see if we could set an appointment to further discuss our needs but with no return phone calls from Express Jet, I was truly limited with options and we were needing assistance regarding or aviation needs with this specific court case and other to come along in the future.
As I walked into this extremely small office of about four or five personnel, they seemed annoyed at my presents as I was simply trying to conduct business with them. Again, I would have been more than happy to set an appointment however, they never returned phone calls for doing so.
About twenty feet from the owner, I tried to professionally introduce myself to the secretary that we are strongly in need of an aviation brokerage firm on a consistent basis since we deal with lots of civil cases in receivership and some of these cases have aircraft as assets that we are looking to liquidate in order to pay off these judgments.
This secretary, Beatrice was extremely disrespectful and dismissive to not only myself but my firms needs. I was literally in awe of how unprofessional she and Express Jets treated me and our firms needs. While unprofessionaly being escorted out of their office, the firm's representative, Jason Levealle was standing back the whole time watching this unfold as he was pretending to be distracted with his cell phone like he did not see this unprofessional action take place.
I was truly beside myself thinking they must have mixed me up with someone else they didn't want to conduct business with or maybe somone else they may have previously offended.
Regardless of this unfortunate event, Express Jets did me a huge favor by letting me know up front the kind of unprofessional and unreliable company they truly are and how they treat their potetnial clients.
If you are truly looking for a solid and reliable company that will return your calls and take care of your firms needs within the aviation brokerage industry, please keep looking as Express Jets' representatives; Jason Levealle, and Beatrice Wright strongly displayed their unprofessional, disresptecful and dismissive attitudes with an additional lack of interest for any new business developements and contacts.
As I was extremely disappointed with my interactions with Express Jet's personnel of Beatrice Wright and Jason Levealle, we are definitely looking elsewhere for a serious aviation brokerage firm that wants to consistently conduct business on a professional level with the caliber that we deserve. If you're in need of a solid aviation broker firm that truly wants to address your business needs, I strongly recommend you also look elsewhere and avoid Express Jets as it's not worth the headache or cost of nothing getting done.
