For starters, I wouldn’t even rate this place a one star. I bought a car from here 3 months ago. When we went in there, they were playing loud ghetto rap music (nice right?) we spoke with a very nice lady named Ashley who helped us find a vehicle. We ended up going through with it, put the money down that we needed, and off we went. 2 days later my check engine light came on. I called 4 different times and left voicemails for a return call to schedule a time that I could bring my car in. I never received a returned phone call. We looked to see what was going on with the vehicle only to find out there was NO OIL in the vehicle at all. Not even a drop. I had been driving this car for THREE DAYS at this point with no oil in it. We had to add three quarts of oil to the car. The engine light was still staying on. After many attempted phone calls my father called to speak with the manager, Michael. My dad asked about the car and why there was no oil in it due to it having gone through an inspection before we left with the car. Michael said "are you a mechanic? And thank you for adding the oil in the car.” Then he hung up on my dad. The next day I received a phone call from a girl named "Monay” she said that I had been trying to reach her in regards to getting the vehicle fixed. I told her that I was trying to get in touch with Michael because the check engine light on the car was still on. She got loud with me on the phone and told me that I couldn’t drive the car and that I needed to bring it in. At this time I had just came home with my newborn daughter the day before. I told her this on the phone and her reply was "well then we will just let you drive the car”. I hung up and was furious. The car has been inspected FOUR different times and all came back that the computer on the car was bad. The car stalls constantly, and has several other problems and I’m pretty much $18,000 in the hole. Thanks express auto for your horrible customer service and crappy cars! A complaint with BBB has already been filed.
On 6 2 16 I filled out paper work to prevent express auto from taking $227 out of my checking account due to a voluntary repo of my truck due to being fired from express auto.on 6 3 16 they took out the $227 anyway which put my payments for rent and other bills to be returned for insufficient funds. I spoke with Danille and she said to stop payment.i tried and my bank said it was to late cause they already pulled the money from my account and now they refuse to give it back..im about to be homeless as a result of there dishonest business practices..
I leased a vehicle from express auto in summer of 2015. They told me they'd help me get my credit score back up and they'd help me find a reliable, and affordable vehicle. I've had be vehicle less than a year and I've had 3 transmissions put into the vehicle. I pay almost $440 a month for a car that isn't worth more than $3500. I have had so many issues with this business and they're rude and not helpful whatsoever. I've read through the contract and I'm trying to find a way to get out of the lease. When my car does need to be fixed, they always say it's the transmission, but it's never fully fixed. They always have the vehicle for much longer than they say they're going to have it for.
