I am a grandma, took my grandson to visit my son, was directed to park in a valid parking space, EXPORT TOW was supposed to tow another disable car but made a mistake by towing by car and hooked it up wrong and burned my car at I-93 S, near Medford, MA. After many attempts to claim my lost, Export Tow lied about their Insurance status, playing game and dragging around with brunch of liars.fter months of unsuccessful attempts to collect.
I filed a Small Claim and got judgment of my insurance deductible, car rental and personal items BUT, found out this GIANT CORP.filed Chapter 11 and is SELF INSURED.According to ACE AMERICAN INSURANCE. WHY is a BIG CORPORATION with thousand of Heavy Truck & Equipment are allowed to be on the street, towing and transporting cars without any protection to the public ??
Burning cars or killing people and can escape responsibility because they are allowed to carry a license from FMCSA ?? I reported to them but no action has been taken and was not allowed to collect my claim due to their Bankruptcy status, cost more money to hire an attorney which might ending up collecting noting.
WHY IS THE LAW ENDANGER THEIR CIVILIAN WITH THIS KIND OF LAW ??? i want my judgment to be paid !!
