Recently, I embarked on an unforgettable tour in Los Angeles with Gocity. Despite initial misunderstandings regarding payment, I was assured by one of their employees that I would receive a refund after presenting my go city card during the tour.
To my dismay, not only was my credit card charged without a refund, but it also left me feeling disheartened and disrespected as a valued customer. It's disheartening to witness such a lack of consideration for consumers.
My mission now is to ensure that no one else falls victim to this unfortunate situation. As a result, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this company to anyone, not even my worst enemy.
