This company advertised to try a sample for $4.95. I received a call from Wells Fargo fraud division that they tried to hit my card twice for $79.95 and fortunately the charge was declined. When I call them they closed the account but said they will send me to collections for payment. However I have returned the unopened product via mail w/delivery confirmation today. Nowhere on their site was I informed about a reocurring monthly charge of nearly $80.00, nor did I agree to such. This is a TOTAL SCAM! According to Wells Fargo fraud division this is an ongoing problem and I believe some legislation should be inacted to make these terms and conditions CLEARLY presented to the public versus hiding way down in the terms and conditions. Why aren't they upfront about their product "trials" if it is such a wonderful product? DO NOT order any of these so-called samples.
The product is not worth the money at all. They don't tell you how much the product is after you order. I had to pay around 10.00dollars just for shipping and ii just found out you have 14 days to call and cancel or they bill you full amount. $80.00 for two bottles one month supply and I didn't notice any change as I followed the instructions that they told me.
Tried the free trial of the exel-mango cleanse. It is a complete ripoff. After the 2 week trial, which is very understated by the way, they will auto charge your credit card for 82.00 and 79.00 for a small amount of the product, which doesn't work. Called the company and said I did not want the product or did not want to be over charged for it. Offered to return the un-used portion, they did not want it. They then offered to give partial refund. I wanted a full refund. So now I am opening a dispute claim with my credit card company (Merrick bank) because of dissatisfaction with the product, and UN-authorised charges. My card company said it can take 30days to find out if the charges will be reversed, if at all. I wouldn't have tried this if Dr. Oz had not recommended it Really is a scam. I just hope I can get my money back
