So in 2008, i had payments taken out of my disability check.. they had two years of payments of 87.10 for a credit card i owed 3815.00 on. Then in 2012 they stole 4035.00. Claiming they were never paid. So yesterday i finally recieved my tax offset paperwork with as you guessed it all the payments made to them totaling well ovwr the 3815.00... the card limit was 3500.00 so how is it okay they take all that money... i write them a letter they tell me they arent taking that it was paid off.. and that they wont be paying me back all that money they stole.. and they arent obigated to valdiate anything as they arent required too.... now i have proof from the federal government they were in fact paid and they were over paid.. and that they stole my money.. am looking towards a lawsuit cause one they stole from me and not just 50 bucks were talking thousands.. and they know it..
