My pre-paid card was hacked into and depleted all my funds. And excella said it was no fault of there own and that there decession is not in my favor. I lost all most $1000.00. Because they have no security to protect their client's identity.
Purchased a card may 5th 2018. they put my wrong address in their system then when i tried to order something online it was denied ..i called excella 7 times to clear up the situation and they couldn't they sent me on their website to update my address and to no avail i was denied access to their website..now i have to use an atm and pay extra fees just to get back my money..i will never use or recommend anyone to use this EXCELLA CARD IT'S A RIP OFF
It has been over three months since April 14,2016 the excella debit card holder services failed to send my replacement card . when i had called my card to check the balance it was below the amount i had originally had it and i had checked with my transactions and noticed there were unauthorized transactions on my account. So, i had called the company and they gave me a run around telling me their sorry for the inconvenience and if there were a pay o matic near me to get a new card no charge but in Florida theres no such thing and asked me when i had mad the report and i had told them April 14,2016 and they had told me that they was going to send a new card within 7-10 business days but, o had to fax them my information to verify that it was me on the account. I had to waste alot of money to fax my information over 5 times because this company gave me all sorts of different numbers from different representatives and still failed all 4 times to send me a new card. I feel this company is very unreliable they have no other options for you to get your money and always try to blame it on the Postal Services saying and i made a report to the postal services and they said there was no issue. When you try to call to speak to a manager , they tell you that they can't do it. Still now i haven't received the card til this date and they failed again to send a card because they were saying that they were going to waived my 7.95 fee for the replacement card and still no card. I have bills to pay and no card in the mail. They are holding on to my money .
The check HSS been sent out already and I would like to know what the problem is and hi long does it take for my money to be on my card
Don't know what is happening I call just about every day to see if my tax refund has been sent to my card IRS been sent it out and I would like to know how long does it really take for you guys to put it on my card
