A pop up ad comes onto another website making great sounding medical claims. And leads to a website called excel4health.com. Once I placed a Buy 1 Get 1 Free order for $49.99 they billed $139.98. Support refused to correct the error. So I cancelled. They appear to be an off shore company using a mail drop address as the address is an Executive Suite runs by Regus. I found dozen of other online fraud reports form dozen of others. With a similar or worse version of my case. All unresolved after 2 or more months. All who answer the phones have heavy accents from India or (?) This outfit has several aliases, and I believe they are somewhere near Eastern Europe, possibly India.
