Excalibur Attorney Service is a business that serves legal documents on individuals and businesses. Attorney, individuals and other process servers use then to affect service of their legal documents. I am a process server and i use to use this company many years ago. After they lost an assignment that i had sent to them i terminated our business relationship.
Fast forward to July of 2015 i found myself in need of a process server in Santa Rosa, CA. Feeling like they had time to grow and better their business i thought i would give them another shot. After negotiating a fee i forwarded the documents that i needed served to them. As a point of diligence i confirmed receipt with them and waited to hear back on how the serve was going.
After giving them four weeks to serve the documents i had not heard anything so i contacted them only to find out that they had not served the documents. In fact they stated that they had again lost the documents blaming the loss on a pregnant woman in their office. Dont believe it? I have the emails to prove it.
To make matters worse my client had 48 hrs left to serve the docs but all Excalibur Attorney Service could do was to say no we dont have enough time to serve the docs. You dont have enough time after four weeks, really? The end result to all of this was the both client lost their chance to collect money that was due to them from the person they were trying to serve.
Excalibur Attorney Service did threaten me if I told anyone what happened but I must do whats right.
