I an ex employee at this company. I gave my notice but told my case manager I would stay on part time to help him out until they could find my replacement. A week into my two week notice I was called by Jon Ferrante and told they don't have part time employees and my services were no longer needed. I was fine with that but he was a bit rude. If you're a season investigator, as I am, do NOT work this company. They steal money from you left and right. They only pay you min wage for travel time but you will spend 15-20 hours a week of your 40 hour week traveling. They take money away if their computer program tells them you worked "too long". They do NOT offer you any vehicle allowances even though you use your personal vehicle for their business use. I averaged 60k miles a year and put my car through hell for them.
I took such a massive cut in pay when I went to work for this company I nearly lost my car and I could never afford to even have my oil changed. They deny you paid vacations if you want to take it during their slow season. They don't have any paid holidays...none. They lie when they recruit you and even if you can prove that you were offered something different on your employment agreement, they will tell you it was a mistake. I found out a male investigator in another state, in a rural area like me, with less a year of experience was making two times the pay as me. I confronted them and basically threatened with my job. These people take advantage of their employees every chance they get. They don't care about you or your family. Stay away from them. I will say this...my case managers were amazing. David was the best manager I've ever had. They should consider themselves lucky to have him on staff. Sadly he was not able to help me with my issues with the company and it killed him that he couldn't help.
