As many others I got scammed too by Thomas Crain and his accomplices. From the start it was fishy to me because they avoid talking about the payrate and methods of payment and there is no any contract whatsoever. They just told me they will pay $6 per hour..
But, since I had to pay my bills, and it was my first job from home, I decided to give it a try. Oh what a mistake that was. I was working half of December 2015 and half of January 2016, yes, holiday times. So when the payday came they were starting to use excuses why we didn't get payed yet. First they used the excuse of how there is a problem with the bank or transfer agency.
But then they started to use unbelievable excuses like that Thomas Crain has double pneumonia and that he is very sick, but that he thinks about us, to have patience. Well, my patience was over after working for nothing, so when I asked WHEN are we going to get payed, they blocked me in the chat group on Skype (the only way of communication) and that was the end of it. Not a single word. So, THOMAS CRAIN you owe me total of $450 for the hours that I was working at your EXACTACALL company, WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO PAY ME?!
Thomas Crain is a scammer, he runs an organized internet scamm where he rips off both clients and employees, employees are calling clients supposedly to see if they need extra cash for their business if they do, they get to be transfered to somebody else and God knows what happens after that, he probably aske them for money to close papaerwork, and to top it off, he doesnt pay the employees he "hires" people to work for him and he loves to treat them like slaves,
he hires people form philliphines or central america offering to pay them $6.00 measly dollars an hour, and after couple weeks when people asked for their paychecks he just insults them fires them and simply keeps finding out more victims via craigslits, I know all this because I worked for him and he only paid me $46.

I was scammed by the ceo of exactacall named thomas crain. Please never ever work for this company. As stated on the previous report on exactacall from former employees, this guy will just pay for a few weeks then after that, he will use excuses like align is still holding the funds, i am blocked from moneygram etc etc.
I resigned from his company on november 4 2015 I was not fired) on because i can't take it anymore! we were restless and anxious every payday because we didnt know if we will get paid or not. He is so heartless. Despite the fact that all of his employees are already having problems in paying their electric bills, internet bills and food, he still would not pay.
I sent an email to ask one of their employees if they are holding funds from the payer and they said that align doesnt put a hold on funds and that once they receive the funds from the payer, they will immediately transfer it to you

I sent an email to their accounting department on nov 5 and i just got a reply saying i will receive my salary.
I then sent an email on to [email protected] advising him that i want to receive my salary and he replied to me saying that i will paid friday of that week Nov 13). He sent me a $90 payment from align on nov 14 2015 and did not send anything after that
He sent an email on nov 14 and said that he had just had an oral surgery that is why he cant transfer the payment and said that he will release paymnt by monday the following week Another lie) i did not receive anything after that $90 dollar payment

They are putting a 1 week hold on our salary. Meaning to say, what we get every friday for our salary is for the hours that we worked for last week. I advised him that i have not received a salary on

Good afternoon, today I want to report this thing so called ''Company'' I unfurtonetly used to work for this called ''CEO'' Thomas Crain who is completly a disrespetcful guy with mental issues. I was, and I have prove, screeshots etc, the most respecful guy to him, Charlene Adams and the company, the DON'T appreciate any of that as at the end of the day you have to do this in order to get paid the money that they owe you. Last time I spoke with Thomas Crain was to quit because I had personal issues, I was not able to log in often and guess what? He called me a TRAITOR, LIER, ETC.. But in addition to that there was NOT a single week wich I won't have to bother them in order to get paid the money that I EARN.. Here is a record of the last skype conversation I had with him.

After reading the many complaints online about so-called Dr. Thomas Crain (who also goes by 'Michael' and 'Thomas Lee', often hiding behind his various wing-ladies whose name I won't mention as I don't know how aware they are of his behaviour), I felt I had to comment. This man is a career criminal, a professional conman, bascially just bad to the bone. He always has a 'wing-lady' to stick up for him in forums such as these, by sweet-talking them and paying them on time. Then the payments start getting behind, and he will fire you for no reason at all - purely to get out of the payment. No-one stays 'employed' for long - once they know too much, it's goodbye. If you don't believe me, that's fine. Just take a look at the links I have pasted below. As you can see, I am one of many with the same story. Unfortunately for 'Dr' Crain, he only has himself and his current wing-lady to stick up for him.

These people do not pay I recommend you do not do any business with them unless you want to get scammed . They hire remote agents from any location as long as you speak English they offer to pay 6 an hour . They might as well offer 10/hrs since they don't pay but I guess 6/hrs makes it more realistic for people in third world country's . Me and several employees where not paid for our services . And were just removed and blocked from our skype . I worked one week for them for free . They are just some cold hearted individuals when I created a new skype and got a hold of Charlene Adams this is what she responded i have posted their pictures from skype.
