Deserves a -1 because 1 is too high. I have a very disappointed grandson. Bought the balance board at the end of November for Christmas but was not going to be able to give to him until January because he lives out of town. He was so excited he got it but after 15 minutes it died and has been dead ever since. I texted and called for days but finally someone answered and gave me the right number to call. It was a miracle, they answered but only to be told it was a 30 day return policy. I didn’t realize this but would have not known it was a defective board. I was told I could try but have to fill out a form and send specific pictures to their support team to look at so the team would decide if I could return it and I would have to pay shipping. So basically I got scammed because I didn’t use a reputable business. I am a Grandma so $150 is a lot for me to lose, however, the disappointment on my grandson’s face hurt me more. I read other reviews and found they had the same disappointment and money taken from them. This company needs to be investigated for fraud. They know their product is no good but still sell to trusting people like myself. I wish I had seen the reviews before I bought. I hope you read this before you consider buying.
I ordered a hoverboard on Nov 26, 2017. I received an email stating my item had been processed, completed and shipped on Dec 2, 2017. Still no item, no response. When you call company, only get voicemail. No human response. Tracking # was given but the company only created a label. They did not ship an item per USPS. Buyer beware! I would definitely not use this company again.
Bought a board from eWheelsUSA on November 23rd. Got an email on November 27th they were out of stock on that board would I like another tyoe or refund. We chose anohter tyoe. Siad it would be sent right away. Asked for tracking info never given. Emailed more than 10 times and called more than 10 times. Always a recording when you call and leave message. Never a response. Board still not delevered. No idea if it is coming or not. Can't even say it is horroble customer service because there is NO customer service.
It is Dec. 12th and i have not received my item. I emailed a couple times and got a response that it would be shipped out last friday and i would receive it this week. I have since checked the tracking and emailed again and it has not been shipped an I am no longer getting a reply to my emails. I am unable to ever get an answer when trying to call them. I would like to know how to go about getting a refund of $167.99 that was pulled out of my bank on 11/28/17.
They claim to ship same day. One week went past with no tracking number. I tried calling no way to talk to a representative. Item was a gift so now I wasted time and money.
