I hired Louise Halford for my family custody hearing. My case involved a bitter divorce and custody of our 3 children. Louise represented me for 9 months and I paid constantly hire fees for the amount of work she actually carried out. Two days before my High Court hearing in London Louise messaged me advising that she was unable to attend the hearing for work related reasons.
This I am now informed was not the case and she was actaully travelling overseas to have sex with another client. I have been contacted by this other client of Louise and have seen evidence of the fact. I lost my case in court and my ex partner received custody due to my lack of skills in court. I fully blame Louise Halford for loosing my children. I have since reported her to the bar association as I strongely feel she should not be practising law in any form.
I have also since done some research and found her on this site which I am not suprised in the slightest..
Her messages to me during the time she represented me was nothing short of flirting and wanting to no doubt wanted to get into my pants. I have now spoken to 2 past clients both males and they have similar stories dealing with Louise. Avoid this w***e at all cost. She will befreind you and take your money at the same time.
I contacted louise halford from Evolve Family Law in Manchester December 2016. My child is in Poland after being kidnapped by his mother who refuses to return him. Louise straight away to start mentioning doing recovery because the Polish courts are useless and I would be fighting for years. She immediately recommended HSSE Global which is owned by Aaron Todd. I contacted him off Louise recommendation and he quickly assured me he could return my son. Aaron put me in contact with Eric Kalmus from ABP World Group which I found strange Aaron was passing me onto this Eric. Eric sent me immediately a website link to of all things himself. This was a bit strange but I was desperate and the way they talked I thought I could trust them. So Eric told me I needed to pay 40000USD but I had to pay Eric 10000 and send the rest to Aaron to his Irish bank account. This was also weird but I fell for it.
After I sent the money which I loaned from my 70 yr old mother I didn't hear anything for 10 days so I emailed Eric who said to contact Aaron. Aaron told me to contact Eric. I was getting angry and thoughts ran into my head that these guys set me up and also Louise was in on it. I called Louise and she assured me they were good and professional. What a load of crap. Aaron finally after 1 month meet me in Warsaw. He said he had found my son but needed another 25000 to finish the job. I was so angry now but I wanted my son home.
I went back to England and transfered the 25000. Aaron was playing me and after he got the other 25000 contact was lost. This is well organized they must be doing this to others and all 3 are in it together. How can a solicitor recommend these bastards to me. I wonder how much Louise received out of my scam. I did report this to the police but they said it was not a police matter I needed a lawyer to sue them. I dont have any money now and in debt to my ears thanks to these scum. now after researching I see Louise is connected to all sorts of frauds in child recovery. Must be s**+**y pay as a solicitor Louise Halford in England if you need the urge to scam me.
