On 4/27/17 ordered two large pillows on paid $164.95; according to the website us & canada delivery time is 4-10 business days.

5/19/17 called ai at 9:56 am spoke to christine, she verified my order and gave me a tracking #lw207292670cn and said she’s escalating my call to management and someone will call me back. I then logged on to ai customer support website and filed an inquiry about my order, but i never received a response.

5/30/17 called ai at 3:23 pm, spoke to ariel advised it’s been 5 weeks since i placed my order. I asked for a manager, she said someone will call me back.

5/30/17 arrived home at 5:30 pm, received pillows, but they were wrong size.

5/31/17 8:33 am, called ai sleep direct back; spoke to christine told her i got the wrong size pillows. She said someone will call me today; i gave her my cell phone number.

5/31/17 9:52 am, received email from michelle goins saying she’ll be sending a large pillow free of charge within 3 business days. I responded at 8:33 pm, advising that i ordered two large pillows. Provided my home phone number if there were questions.

6/1/17 8:57 am received email from michelle goins thanking me for confirming there were to be 2 large pillows and she’ll notify her order and tracking department.

6/8/17 3:35 am, i sent an email to michelle goins Ai sleep direct) requesting status of 2 large pillows and tracking numbers, so i could monitor transition progress.

6/9/17 received email time stamp 11:17 am from michelle goins, saying she spoke to head of order/tracking department and he’ll have the pillows shipped out as soon as i upload a photo of the 2 pillows along with the measurements.

6/12/17 1:20 am responded to request with photo and measurements of both pillows. Also advised since i am having such a hard time getting what i ordered and paid for, that i am requesting a return shipment label, so i can just return the product they sent me in error and advised i was requesting them to credit my paypal credit account in full account of $164.95.

6/12/17 6:11 pm michelle responded that she’ll contact her employer promptly.

6/13/17 8:48 am, michelle sent email said needs a photo with ruler measurements; otherwise i’d have to return for a refund and that i would have to pay return postage.

6/13/171:52 pm, i responded to michelle that i’d already provided the information she is requesting again. I also told her the error was made on ai sleep’s end and why were they making me pay additional cost for returning a product i didn’t order. At that time i advised her i was contacting paypal and dispute all charges. I have not received any further email or had any communication from ai sleep direct or michelle since then. Ai sleep direct told me i'd have to return the product to hong kong when i actually made my purchase with the company located in florida. They want to pass the return postage on me which is per my local post office $61.55 which is over 50% of what i paid. I recently called the company and was told the company is owned and operated in the state of florida. However, michelle said only sales and marketing are done in the usa, but the warehouse is in hong kong.
