This site is supposed to help women going through menopause with HRT and other prescriptions. I got assigned a "doctor" who supposedly reviewed my symptoms. She recommended both an estrogen cream and some pills to help with anxiety. She messaged me to say she would send the prescription for the cream over to their pharmacy. I wrote back asking about the pills. She had totally forgot them, and said she would send that prescription over as well. I got an email saying my treatment shipped. I was anxious to receive it as things have been very difficult for me lately. The mail arrived, and I was shocked to see they just sent the pills - NO CREAM. The cream was to meat of the treatment plan. So any relief I thought I would be feeling this week has been cancelled. I went to the website, and now just see the pills only in my "Care Plan".
Now here we are getting to why YOU SHOULD NEVER USE THIS SITE: You cannot call them. You depend on a messaging system - you can message customer support and they "will try and get back with you in a business day". I will save you the suspense - THEY WON'T RESPOND TO YOU. They screw up your order and leave you 100% hanging. You can also message the doctor, and while she was pretty responsive last week BEFORE THEY GOT MY MONEY, "Lori" has completely ghosted me. I simply want my Care Plan fixed and to get my second medication. NO ONE HAS BOTHERED TO GET BACK TO ME AFTER LIKE 10 MESSAGES. Instead I got an email today saying "Treatment shipped!" (like I got last week) but if I click on it it takes me to my treatment plan with no mention of the estrogen cream. It just lists the same pills they already sent me. Whatever they are sending me arrives on Monday, so they are sending it expedited, but I might just refused delivery and dispute it with my credit card as I do not want a SECOND bottle of pills and no cream. Even if they did send me the cream, I wanted my scripts to be in tandem - and arrive together each month. Now it will be complicated having each sent out within a week of each other and having to pay double shipping - I think this is what they wanted all along. They just want to drain your bank accounts.
As I stated earlier - this is not a fun time in my life at all. I am desperate for relief. These people do not care about anyone and do not even take their jobs seriously. I don't understand how it is so hard for a doctor to enter a treatment plan in a computer system. I do not understand why a pharmacy cannot figure out how to send TWO prescriptions. Considering they are purporting to provide a medical service, you would think they would take their job more seriously. They are basically no different than ordering a shirt online. They just want to make the money with as little effort as possible. I already have a message into a local practice for this sort of thing. I should have gone with them in the first place. EverNow is a joke of a "medical practice". Given they cannot perform the basic tasks outlined above, I wonder if they are even capable of diagnosing and prescribing the correct therapies. They really ought to be ashamed. They are predators preying on women in a painful and vulnerable time in life. I wish I never tried this site and my goals is to save others from this hardship.
So the cream showed up today. Yay. But I got an email saying my account was cancelled. I did not cancel it. I have copies of everything I said to them. So I wanted it reinstated as I was going to try one more month to see if they fixed my care plan. So I signed up and basically they are treating me like a new customer. They charged me ANOTHER monthly fee and now I have no provider assigned to me, but they got another $49 out of me. Enough. I am shouting from the roof tops - EVERNOW IS SCUM. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. Avoid them. Unfortunately there are not many reviews out there for them so it is my mission to warn women. I guess it is better they just stole $200 from me - someone pointed out - supposed I get sick from what they prescribed me? I'd really be screwed. Throwing my "prescriptions" from them out. LESSON LEARNED.
