WCL is a standup marketing company that provided 67 listing appointments to Michael Miller of Evergreen Realty. Evergreen Realty received these commission checks on these listings from the marketing that was provided by WCL. Evergreen Realty immediately deposited checks, some of which surpassed over $28,000 each. An open investigation against Michael Miller and Evergreen Realty is still in the process to see exactly how much they profited. Michael Miller of Evergreen Realty lied about the commissions that were made so that he could short change WCL and all of their employees while pocketing thousand & thousand of dollars while the employees that worked hour upon hour, day after day, could not be paid due to the greed of Michael Miller and his company. WCL was told by Michael Miller that the transaction had not yet closed. Which was a flat out lie. WCL was told by Michael Miller that the transaction was not double-ended so that he and Evergreen Realty could pocket the $28,000 commission check while the employees of WCL went hungry. This is turning in to an episode of American Greed and the further this case is investigated the more the unethical facts come out. WCL then contacted the seller and the seller informed them the transaction had closed and it was double-ended. The seller was apalled that Michael Miller would take a $28,000 commission check and begin vacationing with his wife and spending absurd amounts of money while the hard blue collar workers would go hungry in to the summer.

Well for starters Lisa Schulz neglected to stop Michael Miller. She has failed to turn over the evidence requested by WCL for the ongoing investigation into the practices of Michael Miller and has allowed Michael Miller to contiune his shananigans against the public.
