About 6 years ago we hired everdry to fix our basement. We were unsure on the steps we wanted to take but everdry sales people come to us nonstop and convinced us to go with them. They lied about there product to get us to go with them and we have had problems ever since. First they told us they were not going to turn our walls into plumbing and thats what they did. Every year we have problems and they have to come out and fix the basement. If you call it fixing, more of a bandaid ti get them through to the next problem. The straw that broke the camel's back was waiting 2 months for them to come out to fix something and they didnt do what they said they were to do. We have pictures of all the leaks and the original installation that they lied to us about. It is unfair that they can take advantage of people like this. Our basement will never be dry and we are out a lot of money.
