It took me two weeks to actually get them to agree to a date and time for a cleaning. It was really important to me to get the cleaning done - and on the date that was agreed to as I was hosting a memorial service at my home.
They called at the time they should have already been at my house and said: "We can't come today, we have to clean another home." There was not even an apology or an attempt to make it right. Nothing. I would NEVER do business with this company. I have reported to Groupon - as well as the BBB and now I am headed to YELP.
