Dino Televantos and his swindling side kick "Matt," are at it again! Now, in Florida, doing the very same thing to unsuspecting good, honest, hard working people! They lured and preyed upon people from craigslist who went to an "interview", were hired and told they would be working from 3/9/16-3/13/16 plus! Many of we single mom's, dad's, grandpaertns etc. arranged and dedicated the time to working their PGA Innsbrook event everyday! Only to be lied to and "cut," for no reason at all the night before! Many of us lost hundreds of dollars that we were counting on! Unprofessional, unorganized, bad business pratices, unetical, money mongers etc. etc. We would never hire people like cattle and then cut them and not pay them! Will any of us ever see are money- does not appear to be the case here!
We also saw many violations of food handling/safety practices which are being reported in the "concession," tents! Serving contaminated ice, fruit... Leaving food out to rot in the hot sun for consumtion of the consumer...No hair nets, no hair pulled back or in a ball cap, not wearing gloves when handling food, not washing hands, little sterilization of cooking utensils, equipment and on and on!
*Do they even have a DBPR license in any State? Their contractor- Prom Catering needs to never use them ever again! No one should ever "hire," these Con men ever! They should be permanetly banned from this industry!
We are reporting them to local L E, NYC L E, Attorney Generals, Dept of Labor, BBB, Consumer Protection Agencies, Dept of Revenue and the IRS too! Every conceiveable agency we can think of! We hope they end up in a major class action lawsuit and face civil and criminal charges as well!
Sneaky and slick here they are-
***If they are not, then they will do the right thing and pay those they scheduled and cut! And vastly improve their food handling/safety before innocent citizens become sick etc!
